1. Using Conditional Formatting in Outlook 2016
There may be times that you wish to change the text size of names of senders in your
Outlook 2016 mailbox. You can use Conditional Formatting to change the font size or type.
The directions below will guide you through that process.
1. Select an email in your inbox.
2. Select the View tab at the top of the ribbon.
3. Select View Settings.

2. The Advanced View Settings window pops up.
4. Select Conditional Formatting.

3. 5. Select Subject Line, and select Add. Then, select Font.
The Font menu appears.
6. Select the font type and size you would like to display in your message display list.
