•  All	ac=vity,	which	can	be	digi=zed,	is	digi=zed	and	moves	to	Internet.	
•  All	newly	introduced	devices	and	plaForms	aim	to	support	this	trend	and	provide	to	
consumers	growing	number	of	services	via	internet.	
•  Banking	services	experience	boom	of	Internet	plaForm	transi=on.	
•  At	the	same	=me,	due	to	high	banks	iner=a,	not	all	banks	will	be	able	to	gain	from	
transi=on	to	Internet,	internet-centric	Bank	model	has	it’s	own	specificity	and	
experience	of	such	banks	implementa=on	is	very	rare.	
•  Currently	in	Russia	is	in	fact	one	major	internet-centric	bank	–	Tinkoff,	also	one	
successful	small	startup	–	2TBank.	
•  Internet-bank	services	target	audience	is	constantly	growing		and	market	need	in	
such	banks	is	around	10	major	internet-centric	banks.	
•  There	is	team,	which	has	successful	experience	in	building	2TBank	and	team	is

–  centralized	services	model,	work	in	regions	through	partners	(boxed	
products	sales),	in	Moscow	through	contact-center	and	delivery	men;	
–  135K	private	clients;	
–  13,5K	business	clients	(legal	en==es);	
–  average	private	client	deposit	-	$5000	(conserva=ve	scenario);	
–  growth	–	2,5K	private	clients/month;	250	business	clients/month;	
–  compe==ve	deposit	rate	(comparing	with	banks	from	the	third	hundred,	
currently	-	10%);	
–  credit	rates	for	clients	on	the	level	of	retail	banks	from	the	first	hundred
