Novec 1230 fluid is stored as a
super-pressurised liquid and dis-
charged as a gas. It distributes uni-
formly throughout the hazard zone,
and suppresses fire primarily by heat
absorption from the flame.
The Firetrace 1230 LPCB approved
system is engineered to optimise
the unique flow characteristics of
Novec 1230. Engineered for use with
3MTM
NovecTM
1230, the 25 bar Fire-
trace 1230 system boasts all the
benefits that Novec 1230 has to of-
fer. With exceptional environmental
credentials, Novec fire protection
fluid has a zero ODP a GWP of just
one, and maximum atmospheric life-
time of only five days.
With seven cylinder sizes ranging
from 15 to 180 ltr. capacity, the Fire-
trace 1230 system hardware offers
FSL’s customers a choice of fills to
meet specific requirements, ensur-
ing maximum economy in installa-
tion.
All cylinders are manufactured from
high strength alloy steel and are
both TPED approved and CE marked.
