- After all the effort done, the project will not be
continued since the supply chain director was
misunderstand the project purpose, instead of localize
the product it was shifted to be cost saving project.
- 3 months & half working without costing the company
any SAR as expenses.

- My trip was very bad organized, no
one care about the travel policy and I
financed my staying there with my
personal money which I take 70%
after one month & the other 30%
after 2 months.

- The trip was not organized even no car was rented and I am doing all this work from
home. 2 months in Egypt and I only cost the company 800 SAR as expenses.
- Late Decision to validate the suppliers offer like sauce offer received from Heinz
since 4 weeks & mozzarella offer received from Domty since 2 weeks.
- DP Egypt does not want to make effort.
