Agricultural Development Plan preparation, including clear identification of problems and

problems and achieve development goals.
• Conduct meetings and field visits with the facilitation organizations and selected Water
User Associations (WUAs).
• Assist and train the facilitation organization in helping (WUAs) to prepare and implement
their Agricultural Development Plans.
