❖ The company have three chief executive officers namely; Hafiz Tahir
Yousaf, Shahid Yousaf and Zahid Yousaf.
❖ Manager1 is Muhammad Maqsood who basically handle all work
toward outgoings.
❖ Manager2 is Muhammad Afzal who basically control all incomings.
❖ Two accountants are working under these two’s managers.
❖ Managers handle single permanent contractor of the business.
❖ Contractor employ all labour for production.

To be the top business in Steel industry by providing quality products.
Supplier
The company have four permanent international suppliers and some
conditional supplier too.
Company does not purchase any material from Pakistani suppliers.

They have some conditional suppliers as sometimes they can’t receive
their raw material or specific scrape from existing suppliers, then they
bought raw material from other suppliers.

• No distribution center due to increases the total cost of their
product by loading their products on truck more than one time.
• The customers’ orders are places in hub.
• Hub transport the orders directly to company when it receive
orders.
• Company finally deliver the products to their customers
directly.
