Selected Projects & Accomplishment:
 Residential Apartment with B+G+19 floors at Chennai (20 acres). Designed RCC Wall
structure with Snorkel driveway. Analysis done in both Staad Pro and Etabs for comparing
the wall stresses. Pile loads checked by Staad Pro. All structural members are designed
manually according to IS Codes. Through several site inspections managed to reduce
construction errors.
 Residential Apartment with 2B+G+14 floors at Chennai (20 acres). RCC framed structure
with many floating columns. Raft foundation is used. All structural members are designed
manually and analysed using Staad Pro according to IS Code.
 Commercial cum Residential Apartment with B+G+12 floors at Chennai. Framed Structure
with swimming pool at 2nd floor level and separate club house with circular shape. Analysis
done in Staad Pro as a plate model and designed manually.
