“Pivotal Moments in Education Policy in the US” Presentation
to 100 National State Teachers of the Year and leaders from
the Council of Chief State School Officers on key moments in
the history of US Education Reform, spotlighting policy and
research that shifted the course of the nation.
“Leveraging the Media to Share Your Voice” Training given to
multiple organizations, including America Achieves Teacher
and Principal Fellows and Teach for America alumni, on
gaining media attention through opinion writing, press
releases, interview skills, and pitching the story.
“Culture at the Core: Implementing the Common Core
Standards in Arts and Cultural Education” Series of
workshops designed and led by me to arts and cultural
education leaders from across New York City.
