A +
Sarah demonstrated a consistently positive attitude and didn’t shy away from challenging kids and situations.
She engaged the kids in child-directed activities and was willing to mediate when kids had difficulty sharing
materials and ideas and also to problem solve next steps when mediation techniques were unsuccessful. All of
this was conducted while remaining warm and consistent with the kids. She laughed often, worked well with
her teammates, and jumped in where needed. It was a pleasure to have Sarah on the team!
