JENIFER MALDONADO WELLS
Founder & CCO
Focusing on Mass Media and Broadcast in college, it was her
part-time job withTrader Publishing that turned into her dream
career and South Carolina became her permanent home.
Jenifer soon became the BDC manager for South Carolina’sTrader
Magazines. She also acquired the Sales Manager position for Columbia,
Charleston and, Myrtle Beach territories during these six years. But in 2008, when the
automotive industry took a rapid decline, Jenifer’s career began going with it.
Always a believer in the adage “Find something you love, and you’ll never work a
day in your life”, Jenifer decided to start her own publishing company, diversifying
into both automotive and real estate magazine titles. JBasque Publishing Inc. was
launched and began publishing free weekly and monthly magazines for car dealers
and real estate agents throughout the Southeast. Within her first three years, she
launched 6 separate titles and 7 websites.The phone began to ring and current
clients wanted representation for other media avenues.
Flaire Inc. was launched initially launched in May, 2012 and Jenifer is proud to admit,

SARAH LEWIS
Executive Director
Sarah Lewis is the Executive Director of Flaire, Inc. offering
Digital Marketing, Social Media Development, Communications,
Business Consulting and other marketing needs. Formerly, the
executive director of the Congaree Vista Guild, Columbia’s arts and
entertainment district. As director, she acted as the liaison between
the Vista Guild’s businesses, galleries, restaurants, residents and retail
members and county and city officials. She also led the neighborhood’s events such
as Vista Lights an annual holiday event and Artista Vista, the annual gallery crawl.
Before returning to Columbia, Sarah worked as the business development
manager in the Georgetown County Economic Development office in Georgetown,
S.C., where she managed the business development and retention program with
over fifty manufacturing companies.
Sarah graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Communications and
earned her Masters of Social Work from the University of South Carolina.
Sarah is a proud member of the local SC Chapter and National Chapter of Public Relations
Society of America as well as a member of International Economic Development
Council. She has completed three years of International Economic Development
Training with IEDC, South Carolina Economic Development School with SCEDA and
