RBSiC(SiSiC) has high strength and excellent hardness, ear, corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance and
thermal shock resistance etc. It is one of the most popular refractory ceramics.
In comparison with Recrystallized Silicon Carbide(ReSiC) and Nitride Bonded Silicon Carbide(NBSiC),
RBSiC(SiSiC) displays better performance in long term applications. The bending strength of the RBSiC(SiSiC) is
