Banquet Goals and Objectives ● Goal: To celebrate the accomplishments of students and faculty within Georgia Southern University’s Communication Arts Department ○ Objectives are as followed: ■ To increase the amount of pre-sale tickets sold from last year’s event by 20% among Georgia Southern students and Communication Arts faculty by March 27, 2018. ■ To increase profit through total event sales (i.e. ticket sales, silent auction) by 100% by March 30th. ■ To increase event anticipation and participation for years to come by 50% among Georgia Southern University students and Communication Arts faculty by March 29, 2018. ● Objective 1 will be measurable before the event and 2 & 3 will be measurable during the event evaluation process.

- 5. Banquet Theme/Vision ● Theme: Comm Arts Casino Royale ● Utilizing the theme for decorations and event layout

Design Committee Committee Chair: Sara Carr Committee Members: Lily Schreier, Anu Morton, Shaneika Walker What to Expect: ● Food: Appetizers such as small sandwiches, spinach dip, cheese and vegetable platters, meatballs, mocktail, etc. ● Design/ Theme Details: Casino royale theme will be incorporated with red, white, and hints of blues, dice, and card like details throughout the venues decorations.
