AAA Cooper Transportation is
family owned and operated. It all
started when the founder, John
"Red Dove", hauled logs and
lumber with mules, oxen and
Model-T Ford trucks. He labored his
way through the Great Depression
by the sweat of his brow and
started his own one man trucking
company.
Red Dove developed a work ethic
that was second to none. It was
based on going the extra mile, not
just to get the job done, but to get
it done right every time. His gritty
personal drive, dedication and
unwavering commitment to quality
service is a heritage that has been
passed down to every AAA Cooper
employee.

AAA Cooper now offers Fleet Maintenance Services (FMS). We understand
the importance of a properly maintained fleet in order to meet today's CSA
requirements and provide the highest level of service to your customers.

AAA Cooper Transportation® earned ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management
System registration at its Corporate Office, Dothan Maintenance Facility,
and Dothan Service Center. This certification is the result of a series of
audits conducted by QMI-SAI Global, an independent registrar based in
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. All of AAA Cooper Transportation’s service
centers are subject to annual internal audits to ensure their compliance to
the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard.

Ryder Selects AAA Cooper Transportation® for Exceptional EDI Invoicing Capabilities
This newly created award by the leadership of Ryder Logistics
recognized AAA Cooper Transportation®
for exceptional EDI
invoicing capabilities among all carriers for all modes of
transportation services. The award was accepted on behalf of AAA
Cooper Transportation®
by Lee McMillan, Vice President of
Strategic Services, at Ryder’s annual carrier recognition event on
May 31, 2013 in Novi, Michigan. The award recognized AAA Cooper
Transportation's®
process excellence in EDI invoicing based on
timeliness and accuracy of electronic statements. Both the efforts
of the EDI and Accounting teams provided clean, actionable data for
the customer and demonstrates the increasing importance of
electronic data interchange.
AAA Cooper Transportation® was recently awarded
2nd Place for Local and 3rd Place for Linehaul and
for Combined Miles by the Alabama Trucking
Association for the General Commodities Safety
Awards.
GlobalTranz Awards AAA Cooper Transportation® as the Southeast Region
2012 Regional Carrier of the Year
AAA Cooper Transportation® was once again recognized by GlobalTranz, a leading
transportation management company, as their 2012 Regional Carrier of the Year for the
Southeast Region. The honor was presented during their recent corporate convention held in Ft.
Lauderdale, Florida. AAA Cooper Transportation® was selected based on scoring done by
GlobalTranz’s network of agents measuring their carrier base on such areas as on-time service,
driver courtesy, billing accuracy, claims resolution and customer service. Accepting the award on
behalf of AAA Cooper Transportation® was Dallas National Account Manager, Michelle Combs,
Director of Pricing Analysis, Scott Thomley and Vice President of Strategic Services, Lee
McMillan.
