smartphones on-the-go, how critical
they have become to work productivity,
and what could help workers get more
out of their mobile technology.
To qualify as “mobile workers,”
respondents were required to be
working either full- or part-time
at companies with at least 100
employees, own a smartphone,
and spend at least one-third of
theirworking day “on the go.”
