Reviewing bulk contracts to assess legal risk and contractual obligations with potential business implications. Also
informing clients of the same well in advance helping them with cost optimization in general operations and avoiding
losses.
Contract abstraction
Work involved contract abstraction i.e. pulling out relevant information from bulk of various types of contracts and
presenting the same to clients in a business friendly manner so that clients are able to share this information with various

confidentiality and trade restrictions or hiring and other HR restrictions to name a few.
Contract drafting and negotiating
Drafted and negotiated contracts for clients related Policy monitoring, knowledge sharing, finances etc. Brain-storming
