A. CURRENT JOB PROFILE
Having total experience of 1 year and 11 months & Working as a Legal Officer in
Corporate office of Transport Corporation of India for the period of 7 months and
having experience of drafting and pleading in District Courts, High Court of Delhi and

Company laws i.e. winding up etc, Direct Taxes, Indirect Taxes, Foreign trade and
Delhi Rent Control Act, Intellectual Property Rights matter etc. In addition to this also
drafted, validated, amended Commercial contracts, agreements and Memorandum of
Understanding such as Work Contracts, Supply & Distribution Agreements, Non-
disclosure Agreements etc.
Worked for 3 months in the chamber of Advocate Jitendra Kumar in Saket Court, New
Delhi for the purpose of acquiring necessary skills of drafting and pleadings of
Criminal matters including Criminal appeal, bail, Criminal revision etc.
