Business Resilience Coordinator – Operations, Heathrow Airport Limited
To provide confidential administrative support to the Head of Business Resilience and the Business Resilience Mangers,
ensuring that their time and that of the team is effectively organised. This includes administration (including raising
purchase orders, administration of Sharepoint and the HUB).
To administer, coordinate and distribute the Command and Control rosters, with clear diary management for all team
members ensuring all changes are recorded and communicated.
Achievements
• Produced a Loss of Compass Centre contingency plan, both long and short term (Including a security process for
immediate lock down of the building – due to current protestor activity).
• Ownership & administrator of the Command & Control F24 alerting system, including role out of training to the
OLC Team for alarm activations and Business Resilience Team for Gold conference calls, weekly shift data input,
monthly audits, Purchase Orders and liaising with the supplier.
• Sourced the Command and Control Fallback locations and kitted them out for the Silver and Gold Teams, with an
on-going maintenance plan in place.
• Produced the ECL (Emergency Contact List) mobile phone application for Nokia and iPhone models with IT.
Roled out to Exec, Director and Senior management teams. Database owner and manager of administrators
(Exec PA Level).
• Ownership of the MTPAS Government Protected SIM Scheme for Heathrow – This entails constant review and
updating in line with business change, including regular updates to the Cabinet Office.
• Responsible for the Purchase Order process for Project Vigilo and Cable - Full purchase order process from start
to close down of both projects. Including liaising with senior management and suppliers.
• Delivered a successful Thank you event (Dinner & Dance etc.) at the Radisson Blu Edwardian Hotel, for the
Heathrow Volunteer Ambassadors on the 15th
Oct 2016 with 150 guests.
• Leading on the volunteer Workstream for Major Reception Centre exercise (Oscar) for delivery in May 2017,
involving approx. 400 people.
• Ownership and administration of the temporary VST ID passes for the Business Resilience Team (20 in total).
• Part of the Business Resilience Lead on call roster, supporting at Bronze, Silver and Gold levels.
2006 – 31st March 2008

correspondence is responded to in a timely manor, and office admin.

• Successful delivery of the ECDL (European Computer Driving Licence) to 2 year 11 classes at Heathlands high
School.
• Qualified as an ILM Verifier – Verifying Institute of Leadership and Management exam papers

Volunteer Learning Co-ordinator, SpringBoard4Business Ltd
To provide full support to the public attending the LearnDirect Centre, administrating online courses to students (including
management of the individual students accounts, certificate allocations etc.)

• Responsible for introducing & managing the new ECDL program within the centre. Including all admin,
programme planning, tutor support and liaising with various suppliers.
• Ownership of the Activ and Enlight online examination applications, including liaising with suppliers.

To provide free part-time assistance & support to the public attending the online LearnDirect adult education centre, to
help them get back into work.
