2. “ I’m going to make everything around me beautiful- That will
be my life.” -Elsie De Wolfe
Growing up HGtv was best enjoyed with my mom. She helped me develop
a sense of style at such a young age and allowed me to pick what
made me happy and comfortable in my own space. because of that I
love to create! Just like Elsie de wolfe, I made a career choice to
follow a dream that I knew would make me happier. It is hard work
but has been the best decision I’ve made.

5. Sarah’s first priority on her home renovation is
the kitchen and dining room. She spends most of
her time in these areas cooking and spending time
with family and friends. She hopes to be able to
keep on budget so she can renovate the rest of
her house in the near future.
Her taste revolves around natural
woods ,copper ,silver, and neutral
Schemes with blue accents. The
cabinetry is a beautiful bold color
with a crème colored island.

Jay and Carry Highland are in need of
a renovation to their older home for
4 in Miami, Florida. It is not ADA
accessible for their daughter, Quin.
She has been diagnosed with cerebral
palsy that is progressively making it
harder to get around. She will be
confined to a wheelchair later on and
the family would like to be ready when
that time comes.
They wanted to have a house that
represented Quin’s favorite moment
with the family before she is unable
to get around. The Highland’s thinks
it is important for her to live
comfortably and this is one extra
way to make her feel special.

The Rhoads’ needed a home big enough to fit their family of 5. They have three
kids named Raquel, Tyler, and Paige, with ages 16, 12, and 8. They would like a
house that is about 5,000 square feet to accommodate a big kitchen with bar/
Breakfast nook, large gathering room, at least two bathrooms between the 3
kids, office, and spare room for guests, and at least a 3 car garage.
Solution:
In order to fit everything the family has asked for they chose the 6,000 square
feet floor plan. The kitchen has both a bar for the kids to do homework at and
a breakfast nook. On the second floor there are 2 bathrooms and a connecting
Jack and Jill Vanity for the girls to share. When guest stay over they are able
to use the girls bathroom and media center right outside the kids rooms where
a sofa bed is incorporated into the design to double as a guest room.

28. FranklinCoveyProject
Concept:
The image of Franklin Covey is professional but often gets the reputation of being old and stodgy. The
company would like to be more appealing and contemporary in style with open spaces, bigger windows,
and skylights to allow more natural lighting.

Concept:
Located in St. George the client wanted help designing a beautiful day spa that overlooked the red rock
backdrop. The space was renovated to increase the layout of the existing structure. Keeping the floor
to ceiling windows allowed each room to frame the scenery. The studio was meant to compliment its
surrounding instead of detract, leaving the customer feeling relaxed and secluded from everyday life.
