How to request course readings in eCORE

1. 1. Click on “Request Reserve Items”

2. 2. Click on the content type you want to
request

3. 3. Complete the Item Information form.
* indicates required field.

4. 4. At the end of the form, select the option
for how the item will be supplied.

5. Select:
 I will upload a file – if you have an electronic
copy of the item
 I will bring the material to the library – if you
have a physical copy of the item and would like
the Library to scan it
 Please have library staff find the material – if
you do not have the item
 I will provide a link to the item – if it is a
website

6. If you select “I will provide a link to the
item” for a website, please enter the URL.

7. 5. Enter the “Start Date” and “Stop Date”
for when you want your students to be
able to access the readings.
6. Click on “Submit Item” to complete.
