8

16. We were
cannibalizing each
other in the holding
cannibalism/ˈkanɪbəˌlɪz(ə)m/
noun
the practice of eating the flesh of one's own species.

17. The vision was
to build an
ecosystem of
digital
marketing
17
Our vision
What was waiting
for us
Issues beneath the
surface:
We started to compete with
each other. No single
company wanted to stay
small in its own title.
We all wanted to expand.
18. 3.
Not Focusing on
the market &
customers needs
We revoked our focus from
where it should have been
18
20. Why it dropped?
○ Focusing on developing new services
without considering customer needs
○ Developing what was too advance for the
current state of market
○ Exclusively providing services using
portfolio companies which had low
qualities
○ Fraud issues
20
22. Where did we waste our money?
○ We bought companies we could build
with 10% of what we spent. (Adad as an
example)
○ We rented one fancy building just to
gather around
22
23. The result:
○ We had to cut our employees lose
○ The holding companies lost the trust they
used to have
○ We had to cut the costs
And all that lead to making the decision to
merge most of the companies with each other.
That was the end of Anetwork. At least as the
company we used to know

success!
