I have maintain the following responsibilities,
• Maintained of medicine and medical equipment stock and storage as per
Management guide lines.
• Keeping and maintaining the daily Pharmacy register.
• Preparing and keeping daily, weekly, monthly consumption of documents.
• Follow the advice of medical doctor in filling out medical descriptions.
• Maintaining the stock register and the minimum stock level of medicine as per
require.
• Provided regular updates of medical stock, Drugs consumption and monthly
requests to the Medical doctor and the pharmacy supervisor.
• Provided feedback to the medical doctor/ Medical supervisor in issued related to
the drug Management, expiry dates, stock and monthly supply of the health
facility.
• Ensure quality control of medicine and medical equipment and health facilities.
• Provide health promotion training to the community during drug disbursement /
dispensary.
