1701 S. Douglas in Midwest City. HealthCARE Express is passionate about their mission of "Putting the CARE back into

or you’re just not feeling well, the medical professionals at HealthCARE Express have you covered. With their in-house
digital X-ray and full lab they are prepared to treat all your medical needs. HealthCARE Express even offers Travel
Vaccines and Health and Weight Loss programs!
HealthCARE Express not only focuses on Urgent Care needs but also Occupational Medicine. Specializing in DOT
Physicals, Pre-employment physicals, Drug Tests and Workers Comp. HealthCARE Express will work with your company
to make it cost efficient and easy for you to take care of these needs.
Keep a close eye out for HealthCARE Express’s mascot the polar bear Klondike! Klondike is very busy in the community
presenting programs about health and wellness at schools and daycare’s as well as hanging out at various community
and sporting events to hand out his HealthCARE Express “goodies” and promote wellness in the community.
Jeremy Lamb is a certified physician assistant (PA-C) and part-owner of HealthCARE Express Midwest City. Jeremy
earned his master’s degree in Health Sciences from the University of Oklahoma in 2009 and his bachelor’s degree in
education from Mid America Nazarene University in 2003.
Jeremy became a board certified physician assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants
in 2009, the same year he earned his Master’s degree. He is also certified in basic and advanced cardiac life support as
well as pediatric life support.

2. Prior to completing his master’s degree and becoming a physician assistant, Jeremy worked as a teacher and a football
coach in Oklahoma City at his alma mater, Putnam City West and completed his student teaching at Carl Albert High
School in Midwest City, OK.
Before working as a clinician at HealthCARE Express, Jeremy worked in pediatrics, family medicine and emergency
medicine in rural, critical access hospitals in both Oklahoma and Kansas. Jeremy lives in Oklahoma City with his wife
Laurie and their two kids Miles and Roxie.
Caylon Haggard, is a Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) and part owner if HealthCARE Express Midwest City. He is a
native Oklahoman growing up in a small town in western Oklahoma. Although he loves rural Oklahoma, he enjoys living
in the Oklahoma City area and appreciates the opportunity to travel and learn about other cultures and countries.
Caylon graduated with Distinction from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine PA program. He has extensive
experience in Emergency Medicine, Family and Urgent Care medicine. Caylon also attended the University of Oklahoma
where he received a bachelor of science in Radiation Therapy. He also received a Bachelor of Science from Southwestern
University where he played Baseball.
Caylon enjoys hunting, fishing and camping in the great outdoors. His other interests include Golf, running and
snowboarding. When Caylon is not working, you can find him spending time with his wife, his beautiful four year old
twin daughters and his Great Dane. Caylon is excited to bring the philosophy of HealthCARE express to Midwest City.
Dr. Bill Buffington M.D. is part owner and acting Medical Director of HealthCARE Express Midwest City. He has over 18
years of experience treating children and adult patients in the Oklahoma City metro area with extensive experience in
emergency, family and occupational medicine.
Dr. Buffington is proud to call Perry, Oklahoma his hometown. After high school, he attended Southern Arkansas
University to obtain his undergraduate degree and then on to Oklahoma University Medical School graduating in 1985.
He served 6 years with the United States Army Reserve based out of Oklahoma City with the 44th EVAC Hospital. Other

3. work history includes the emergency room at Edmond Regional, St. Anthony’s Hospital and St. Joseph’s Hospital in
Ponca City.
Dr. Buffington lives in Edmond with his wife of 35 years, Cathy Buffington and together they have 6 children and 3
grandchildren. When he is not practicing medicine, Dr. Buffington enjoys hunting, fishing and yard work as well as
attending activities at Faith Bible Church.
