The listing submission deadline is Friday, April 18th
We are now collecting retail listings to be included in this year's SVN Retail Properties
brochure which will be presented at the 2014 ICSC Recon show in Las Vegas.
Submission criteria:
• Only RETAIL listings will be included. This includes all retail centers, single tenant NNN,
land zoned for retail and retail shopping center lease listings.
• All properties (leases included) must be in BuildOut and be listed as "on market".
• Minimum Sale Price $750,000. (With the exception of single tenant credit NNN)
• You do NOT need to be attending the show in order to have your
listings included in the brochure.
Submission process:
Fill out the applicable excel spreadsheet that was sent out
from events@svn.com. Email the spreadsheet and a high
resolution photo to kristina.allen@svn.com.
