1. Esteemed Mr. Nicolaescu,
We represent the Magna Mater association of Greece and we are writing
you in connection to the National In Vitro Fertilization and Embryo Transfer
Subprogram in Romania. Two years ago, we were very pleased to find out
from our colleagues in Romania (SOS Infertilitatea Association) that this
program was implemented and one fertilization procedure for infertile
couples was financed in your country. Right now, we are aware of the fact
that this program was stopped and that is why we are very concerned for
the fate of infertile couples in Romania.
Please do not stop and continue to finance the program that is so
necessary for the infertile persons in today’s Europe, when gradually more
persons are facing this medical condition. The program must continue in
Romania too! Hoping that the Romanians suffering of infertility will have
access to adequate treatment, as it is the case in other European Union
countries we thank you!
