More substantial information regarding
the “terminal” user is held here for the
operator. This can include vital
information such as medical , allergies,
Photograph and next of kin.
Almost any information can be inputted
here concerning the “terminal user”.
Such as the Users skill sets. Coupled with
the terminals tracking ability, this can be
used to guide the nearest qualified
individual to a job to increase
productivity. Expanding the SOS portal’s
use.

With you every step of the way
Once the emergency call is accepted (the
tab will turn orange and the siren will
stop) by the operator the whole process
is logged. The operator will have to
follow the actions set out in the “rescue
plan” set up by the customer.

One of the great advantages of the SOS
portal is the “rescue plan”. The portal
takes the operator through the clients in
house emergency procedure.
Ensuring that there is a coherent and
defined response to emergencies that
everyone understands.

operator must enter a record (tab turns
blue). The record includes data such as
what action was taken.
