Advanced Information Provider
for Reporting
One of the benefits of implementing a BI Program on campus is the ability for a wider group of
people to have the resources to become information providers. The reality is even with the in-
creased capacity to provide information there are gaps on campus that need to be filled. These
gaps can be in expertise to effectively utilize the BI resources on campus or in the resources to
provided information at any level. The Advanced Reporting Support service is designed to ad-
dress the gaps in advanced reporting knowledge and for temporary BI staff augmentation.

For campuses that already have resources, but need assistance with a particular project or
report. This defined engagement allows a campus to bolster their IT staff to provide a
complex reporting solution or to clear a large request queue.

*For campuses that have limited IT staff to dedicate to business intelligence, this partnership
gives ongoing support for the advanced information needs of the campus. SBIP staff will
participate in regular meetings with campuses to ensure the most pressing reporting
needs are being met.
