This document proposes a plan by Team Turbulent to vaccinate every village in Bangladesh within one year through a Public-Private Partnership model. It identifies key challenges to rural vaccination as lack of awareness, poverty, technology knowledge, vaccine price, and misinformation. The team proposes to address these by spreading public awareness more easily through innovative collaboration and efficiency. The methodology outlines vaccinating around 189 villages per day through teams of nurses, technicians and drivers using local government and community resources and support. The feasibility analysis finds the timeline and costs to be reasonable and the goal of vaccinating Bangladesh within a year to be an important success compared to worldwide vaccination timelines.

5. Proposed Solution
Came with collaboration
A Public-Private
Partnership (PPP) is a
partnership between the
public sector and the
private sector for the
purpose of delivering a
project or a service
traditionally provided by
the public sector
7. Proposed Solution
PPP is based on
two main PRINCIPLES

financial sense
(manpower,
materials budget)
expertise-related sense
(knowledge, networks)
The parties contribute to a social and
often also commercial purpose.

(e.g. Chairman)
Wealthy People
of the villages
Government
As we discussed earlier that it will be a “PUBLIC-
PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP MODEL”. So, the cost will easily
be covered by these sources and the pressure will be
lifted from Government's shoulder.
12. Feasibility & Conclusion
The idea is Realistic and understandable to all
Targeted Timeline is 1 year which is neither lengthy nor short
Mass public involvement will make it more feasible and easy
According to wikipedia There are average 232 households
in each village in Bangladesh. SO, if we consider each
household has 4 members then total person per village will
be 928. Again, if we consider the expenses of each vaccine
250tk then the total cost per villages will be approximately
23200tk. Which is relevant amount for per village and the
money problem will be solved easily.
13. Feasibility & Conclusion
When this Covid 19 vaccination program will take about 3-4 years
worldwide. As a wildly populated country Bangladesh people will be
vaccinated around a year which is a huge success.
