Prof. Kilkelly, Dr. Donson and I were successful in our tender to conduct the first ever evaluation of Restorative Justice Services Ltd.’s Offender Reparation Panels. The panels have been in operation in Ireland since 2004 and are in receipt of Circuit Court case referrals since 2013. This independent evaluation is funded by the Probation Service. The final report is due to be published in April 2015.
