Q. How many meals a day does your family eat?
A. Two or three, depending on the tome of year.
Q. What do the children eat for breakfast?#
A. Potatoes and milk and sometimes stirabout (porridge) when we sell a
pig.
Q. And Dinner? A. Dry potatoes
Q. Tea? A. Potatoes and milk, when the cow is not calf.
Q. When do they have fish or meat? Never, maybe only at Christmas
Q. What about Vegtables? A. Sometimes we boil a few nettles
