• Idli or idly are a type of Savoury

fermentation process breaks down
the starches so that they are more
readily metabolized by the body. It
is a very tasty dish and you cant
eat it with sambar as well as
coconut.

20. UTTAPAM
Uttapam is a very famous south Indian dish
the ingredients in this is used as besan, so
many vegetables such as green chilli, onion,
tomato etc. It is similar as cheela but the
difference is cheela is in yellow colour but the
uttapam is in white it is very tasty to eat . And
can be easily available in restaurant
