INIOLAAPATA aka NINIOLA, I am from
EKITI STATE in NIGERIA but I was born
and brought in LAGOS. I am a singer/
songwriter and performer, I graduated
from the University of Lagos (Bachelors
in Biology Education). Started singing
at a young age which led to my class-
mates calling me the Human Radio
back in school. Attended a lot of musical
competition because I wanted to start my
music career and I wouldn’t take NO for
an answer neither will I let anyone tell me
I couldn’t do it. And eventually I started
singing professionally in 2014. I love to
sing, dance, cook, read and play games
(LOL)
My inspiration and motivation to write most
times comes from my immediate environ-
ment, my experiences or other peoples
experiences basically.
I started singing officially in 2014, which
was exactly when I released my first song.
It was actually my first recorded song. Lol
Well I think I face the same challenge everyone faces, whether you are a male or a female.
Which happens to be finance, because this job is very capital intensive, from recording to
video shoots everything. So yeah.

Actually I don’t have just one, they
are a lot but for the sake of this
interview I will mention Angelique
Kidjo and she inspires me a whole
lot. The way she has crossed
boarders and broken grounds with
her music is Awesome. And that’s
something I will like to achieve.

1Try a New Position
Sometimes we get into a rut and we’re
afraid to try something new. But new
positions can make things feel more
exciting.I have one particular position
I stick with for two main reasons: it
tends to feel the best, and it’s real-
ly cold in the winter and I don’t like
getting out of the covers! But there’s
an easy way to deal with that. Get a
space heater for your bedroom and
turn it on when you’re getting ready to
make love. Then the fear of being cold
won’t hold you back as much. And if
you have an easier time reaching or-
gasm in one position (most women
do), that’s no reason not to try other
positions as foreplay. Moving around
during sex,and changing positions has
several benefits: it helps him last lon-
ger; it helps increase the excitement
factor; it helps you keep your mind
on what’s going on (since we women
are notorious for our minds drifting
during sex). A new position can hon-
estly feel great! So try it. Get on top.
Move your legs around and
and find a good angle. Or whatever
works for you! Make it your goal that
AT LEAST every third time you
make love you’ll use at least 3 posi-
tions. So maybe two times are fun and
simple, but the spice the third time
up. Go 3 in 3!
Tilt Your Pelvis
Here’s something I talked at
length about in The Good Girl’s
Guide to Great Sex: for women
to reach an orgasm, we have to
have our clitoris stimulated in
some way. Normal missionary po-
sition sex doesn’t tend to do this.
But with one simple trick you can
make it so much better. Just tilt
your pelvis up (like squeeze your
butt muscles, and your pelvis will
tilt forward). When you do this,
you make the angle better, so that
when he’s thrusting he will hit
your clitoris. But you also “en-
gage” that little bit of flesh your-
self because the tilting actually
squeezes the clitoris. Seriously.
Just try it right
– tilt your pelvis. Feel the difference?
You can do this in any position and
enhance the pleasure, but often you
have to actually get the position to
work first before you tilt, or he’ll have
a hard time entering you.
Start with a Massage
Here’s one of course you’ll agree with:
start sex with a massage. Keep some
massage oil in the bedside table, or a
massage candle, and start by massag-
ing each other’s backs and legs. The
benefits? It helps you relax first so
that you can get rid of all the pinballs
in your head of all the things you’re
thinking about from the day. Also, if
you massage naked, it’s very sensual,
and it can get the libido going. It’s
just a good transition time, and we’re
more likely to get “warmed up” with
a massage. It shows he cares, it helps
our bodies relax, and it helps us calm
down mentally, too.

TIPS FOR HER
Rr
Unless a man is suffering from some sort of sexual dysfunction, sex usually feels great for him almost au-
tomatically (if your husband is suffering from premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction, or low libido, I
have some insights and help for you here). We women, on the other hand, are often left wondering what
all the fuss is about. It takes a little more time and effort to make it feel wonderful for us. Here are 9
tips to make you feel wonderful, too!

just because you’re married doesn’t
mean that you understand each other
sexually. What feels good to one per-
son does not necessarily feel good to
another. And men tend to like being
touched very differently than women
do (men like things rougher and more
deliberate; women tend to like things
lighter). Also, just because something
is an erotic zone does not mean that it
wants to be touched all the time. For
instance, many women don’t like their
breasts touched roughly at all, or even
handled that much, but when they’re
highly aroused all of a sudden it’s ex-
citing. So we’re different, and we like
specific things. Take a session or two
where you play teacher. Tell him ex-
actly what to do, like he is a pupil and
he has to do everything you say. Pay
attention to your body, and ask him to
do anything you want. You can even
be quite demanding! Then the next
time turn the tables and let him be
teacher. You just may learn a lot about
each other. It’s good to do this at least
once a year, because hormonal chang-
es will often affect what we want. We
may think we’ve lost our libido when
really our body has just changed and
responds to different things now.
Think Pressure
not Friction Men tend to feel aroused
by friction–he likes the rubbing back
and forth. That can be pleasurable
for women, too, but what really tends
to help us is pressure on the clitoris,
but also the pressure of feeling “full”.
Instead of thrusting all the way out
and all the way in, then, try for part of
making love to get him as deep as pos-
sible and and thrust only a little bit,
so that the pressure is quite intense all
the time.
To help this, try wrapping your legs
around him, or even have him kneel
while you lie down to help him go
deeper. Other positions, like having
you lie on your stomach while he lies
on top of you, can help with pressure,
too. Note: for many women this is
something which changes after child-
birth. Before childbirth, pressure isn’t
as great a turn-on. After childbirth it
is, because we’re a lot looser. So if you
haven’t had any babies yet, this may
not be as big a one for you.
Squeeze
to get that same feeling of pressure, try
squeezing him while he’s inside you.
That’s not as hard as it sounds. You use
your Kegel muscles (the ones on the
wall of vagina). They’re the same mus-
cles that are engaged if you stop the
flow of urine on the toilet. Do that a
few times and you’ll feel what muscles
I mean. Then try the same squeezing
when you’re making love. This helps
with that “pressure” feeling for you,
and helps him feel great, too!
	 PlayTeacher
. More Foreplay–And I’m Talking to
You, Women! Think of foreplay not as
something that he does to you, but as
something that you BOTH do. If you
can become active BEFORE you start
making love, you’ll find yourself much
more aroused. Rub yourself against
him. Climb on top of him and feel
him. Take his hand and put it where
you want it to go.Circle your hips and
help him. If you’re lying there while
he touches you, you can start to feel
embarrassed, or bored, or nervous.
If you’re engaged in the process, it’s
more exciting for both of you.
No More Erotica or Porn
If you want sex to feel amazing, you
need to be aroused by your husband
ONLY, and not be fantasizing about
something else in your head. The more
you watch porn or read erotica, or the
more he does, the more sex isn’t about
any kind of spiritual intimacy, but it’s
just about using each other. That ends
up feeling cheap and impersonal. And
the best sex isn’t sex that’s “enhanced”
by porn (one of the effects of porn is
lower sexual pleasure); it’s sex when
you feel very loved. Commitment is
the best aphrodisiac.
4
5
6
Use Lubricant Seriously.
It’s not a failure on your part if you need to use lubricant.
It often enhances the pleasure right away. You may not
need it all the time, but most women fluctuate through
the month with their ability to get aroused quickly, and
with the amount of lubrication we naturally produce.
Some nights may be great, and others may not. Meno-
pause or breastfeeding and pregnancy throw another
wrench in the whole thing. Lubricant can help you get
a leg up, so to speak, so that sex is arousing right away.

Women like kissing because it is an emotionally intimate act. However, beyond the lips, a
woman still desires that you explore other erogenous areas in her body during the sex act!
According to psychologist and author of sex books, Dr. Jill Weber, the following are the
areas to explore in your woman’s body…
Not that you want your partner
to be a superman but come on
people,U doing all that in needed
in bed. Am talking about dancing,
stripping, crawling over him,

TIPS FOR HIM
Rr
1. Nape of the neck.
Start kissing at her neck, as
there’s a certain vulnerability that
drives her wild, says Jennifer Lan-
da, author of The Sex Drive Solu-
tion for Women.
2. Small of the back.
This is where all the nerves for the
genitals originate, so stimulation
of the lower back with massage
and kissing and nibbling is a great
way to stimulate the area,” says
Dr. Landa. It’s also why she loves
it when you place your hand on
the small of her back when you’re
out together — it’s an intimate,
sexy gesture that makes a woman
feel hot without it seeming out of
the ordinary, she says.
3. Forehead.
What woman doesn’t want to
get a loving kiss from a man
who loves her brain? “It’s a huge
self-confidence builder,
a soother, and a make-her-legs-
weak, strong-man move,” says
Walsh. It might not be the thing to
do in the bedroom—you’ll want
to focus on other areas at that
point—but she’ll appreciate when
you pull her close and plant one
on her head after a long day at
work.
4. Fingers.
Fingertips have a huge concen-
tration of nerve endings, making
them sensitive to anything from
little pecks to a long suck. “When
you suck and lick her fingers, she
gets an idea of your oral skills
and pictures what it might be like
when you lick and suck her more
intimate areas,” says Dr. Landa.
5. Nipples.
Sucking on her nipples releases
the hormone oxytocin, called ‘the
love hormone,’ because it makes
people feel more bonded, says
Landa
. “The nipples seem to have a
hotline to the genitals, and for
some women, nipple stimulation
will send an impulse right to her
clitoris.” Don’t forget you can
score points by showing some
love to the rest of her breast, too.
6. Ears.
Her ears may be quite sensitive
to auditory stimulation,” says Lan-
da. “So, while you suck her ear,
be sure to use the opportunity to
whisper something about how
attracted you are to her and what
you’d like to do to her after you
finish nibbling her lobes.”
7. The clit.
Once you land here, you’ve
reached the point of no return.
There are over 8,000 nerve
endings in the clitoris alone,
compared to a man’s mere 4,000
in the penis,” says Dr. Christine
Milrod.

7 Places She
Wants You To Kiss
Beside Her Lips
True TalkAs close and in love as you may be with your current partner, I think
it’s safe to say there’s something your partner doesn’t know about
you. While I believe that most couples should have little to no se-
crets between them, revealing too much or digging up the past that
has no bearing on who you are today may be irrelevant, and cause
unnecessary drama in your relationship.
All couples are different, and if you
feel your union is so strong that it
can sustain anything that you di-
vulge about yourself, then great! But
if you don’t feel obligated to reveal
everything there is to know about
your life, here are a few things we
feel you might be able to keep close
to the vest…with a few caveats of
course.
to get better, others may be secretly
annoyed that you didn’t lie to save
his feelings. I look at it like this: your
ex is an ex for a reason no matter
how great the sex was. You love
your new beau so that should make
him your best, right? Okay, maybe
not, but you know what I mean. Just
go with it.
2. Number of Sex Partners
I don’t know why people ask this
question, particularly men. No
matter how many people you tell
1. Your Best Sex
If your best sex wasn’t with your
current partner, there’s no need to
tell him that. You’ve got to know that,
right? If he asks you if he was, simply
say, “Awww babe, you know I love
you” and hopefully that’ll distract
him. If he doesn’t fall for it, I see no
reason why telling a little fib will hurt.
Men have fragile egos, so stroke it.
Nothing good can come from telling
him that he wasn’t your best and
while some men may use that bit of
information as incentive

TIPS FOR HIM
Rr Www.Royalrouge.co.za
He should be with you for who
you are, so how many men
you’ve slept with should make
no difference to him…unless
he just thinks you’re a slore, in
which case he’s already drawn
his conclusions anyway. Your
best bet is to simply not answer
the question, although that could
cause him to become more sus-
picious and make unwarranted
judgments of you. If he pressures
you to answer, you can either
make up a number that you feel
is reasonable and qualify it by
saying, “But they were all long-
term boyfriends” or you can say,
“No one matters that came before
you babe” and hope that answer
will suffice. If not, then it’s time to
bounce him because he’s simply
too insecure.
3. A Past Affair
Don’t kill me but I don’t necessar-
ily believe that once a cheater, al-
ways a cheater. If you’ve learned
from the error of your ways and
have vowed that you will never
cheat (or be the mistress or side
chick) in relationships ever again,
then you can probably keep that
bit of information to yourself. If he
asks you if you’ve ever cheated
on a boyfriend, you may feel
compelled to be honest since
you don’t consider yourself to be
a cheater anymore – and that’s
honorable. But telling him that
you cheated on an ex or were
involved with a married man may
only cause him to question his
relationship with you and wonder
if you’ll do the same thing to him.
If there is no chance that he’ll find
out about your past infidelities
and you think divulging this
information would compromise
your current relationship, then
keep it to yourself and continue to
be a faithful girlfriend. If he asks
and you choose to be honest and
he leaves, then he wasn’t the one
for you and you should be with a
man that understands that people
make mistakes and can learn
from them.
4. An Abortion
If you had an abortion as a result
of getting pregnant in a past
relationship, there is no reason
you should feel the need to tell
anyone that – especially if it’s an
experience you’d rather not relive.
You shouldn’t hide a pregnancy
or an abortion from a current
boyfriend but that could also be
considered your prerogative. Now
if you cannot conceive or carry a
baby to term because of a past
abortion, and your current partner
wants to have children, then
you may need to come clean.
Otherwise, it is a decision you
made for yourself that requires no
explanation to anyone.
5. Previous STD
I would normally never advise
anyone to keep their sexual
history a secret, especially since
that is information a potential
partner needs to have in order to
make an informed decision about
having sex with you. However,
if you contracted a disease 10
years ago before you met your
current partner and it has since
been treated and cured, and
you haven’t had one since, then
you may be able to move past
that experience and not share.
Sexual history is a delicate topic
that most people have a hard
time addressing. But if you’ve had
several STD’s or currently have a
condition that you can pass onto
your partner, he or she should
be told about it…BEFORE you
have sex. Condom or not.
6. Any Information
about Your Ex
Unless you’re ex is your child’s
parent, is stalking you or you
have a restraining order against
him, your current partner has no
reason to know anything about
any of your exes. If your ex is still
trying to get back together with
you, you may decide this is in-
formation is on a “need-to-know”
basis, because you may feel you
can handle your ex on your own.
But if the ex is posting inappropri-
ate comments on your Facebook
page, is disrespecting your
relationship or trying to sabotage
it, then and only then should
your ex’s name come up to your
current partner so that he or she
is in the loop as to what is going
on. Otherwise, leave your ex and
that relationship in the past and
keep his name out of your mouth.
By constantly bringing up your ex,
that’I’ll just make your current boo
wonder if you’re over him, and
could possibly make him jealous

TIPS FOR HIM
Www.Royalrouge.co.za
or feel insecure – neither of which
is a good thing. If you value your
current relationship, keep your
exes and all information about
them in the past where it belongs.
7. Prior Criminal Be-
havior
Unless you are a registered
sex offender or have committed
murder or armed robbery, you
can probably keep the public
indecency charge you caught in
college to yourself. Now if you
have a record and did a bid,
then you probably can’t hide that
for very long anyway. But if you
were busted for shoplifting as
a teenager and the charge has
since been expunged and your
records sealed, then you can
keep your lips sealed on that
one as well. If you are no longer
criminally minded and have been
an upstanding citizen who abides
by the law, then don’t give him or
her a reason to give you the side
eye…or sleep with one eye open.
8. Debt
If you are not married or share
expenses and a bank account,
then there is no reason the guy
you’re dating has to know about
your student loans or credit card
debt. However, if he has a five
year plan that includes you both
paying for a wedding, buying a
house and starting a college fund
for Junior,
you’re going to need to come
clean about your spending habits.
Lying about or hiding finances
can make or break a marriage
before it has a real chance to
succeed. With that in mind, if you
are married or planning to get
married, then lay your finances on
the table and consult a financial
planner if necessary. This way,
you can establish a budget that
will help you get out of debt while
achieving your financial goals
as a couple. But if you two are
just kicking it, keep your finances
separate and your mouth closed
– but still get financial help if you
need it.
9. Your Toy Collection
Unless you are a sex addict,
there is no reason your man
should know about your secret
stash of adult videos or sex toys
if you don’t want him to. While
some men would welcome the
use of such props to your sex
lives together, others may not be
as open minded and may find
those things offensive or even
intimidating. If you two live sep-
arately, then just make sure you
have a good hiding spot in the
crib for when he comes over and
keep working on convincing him
that your toys are no substitution
for the real thing. But if he’s still
opposed to them, then you may
either need to dump him for a
more adventurous, more secure
partner…or keep them under
lock and key and bust them out
when he goes out of town for the
weekend

THE SECRET
OF THE LION
Why do you think the male lion
eats before the rest of the pride?
No, it’s not because he is greedy
and bossy… it’s so he can be sure
of having the strength he needs to
protect his family from any danger
in the future.
It’s a good lesson.
Before you do anything else, put
aside a set amount when you get
paid and save it. In other
words, pay yourself first - and
make sure you look after your
future.
Put some money away, even if
you think the amount is too small,
you’ll be surprised how
quickly it mounts up.
TIPS ON CREATING
A HABIT OF SAVING
FOR YOUR FUTURE
• Take a portion of what you
earn and set up a monthly
debit order for a savings
plan.
• Decide on a specific
amount and invest it every
month in a savings plan.
• Plan a monthly budget
and don’t exceed it.
• You can even ask your
bank to put a limit on how
much you can withdraw.

You could choose what type of
savings plan you want to invest
in. This could be a simple
savings account or you could
invest in unit trusts, but the best
way is to talk to
a financial adviser. They’ll give
you the advice on how to save
and, most
importantly, grow your money.
• PAY YOURSELF
FIRST LIKE THE
LION
• CREATE THE
HABIT OF SAVING
• START WITH A
SMALL AMOUNT
EACH MONTH

Have you ever watched a leopard
hunt? They like to climb high on a
tree or hill from where
they can plan their day.
The leopard decides what it wants
to eat and then
never lets its prey out of its sight,
patiently planning
and moving towards the goal.
You can learn from the leopard to
create a financial
plan so that you always keep an eye
on your goals.
SO WHERE DO YOU WANT
TO GO?
Like the leopard, you need to hunt
for what you want the
most out of life. Begin by writing
down and Implementing your
Goals.
THE SECRET OF
THE ELEPHANT
Elephants are known for having
a great memory and are careful to
make visual notes of food
sources along their migration
paths. It’s a good lesson. We can
manage our money much
better if we write it down in
order to keep track of it.
And, of course, knowing exactly
what your expenses are can take
out the worry and stress
of spending.
Save, spend, record, and
remember. Gain control of your
finances:
LEARN WHAT YOU EARN
Look at how much you earn every
month and ask yourself:
• How much money can I be sure of
getting each month?
• What gets deducted monthly, such
as tax or pension?
KNOW WHAT YOU OWE
Gather all your bills together and write
them down.
• What do you spend your money on?
• How much money do you owe?
• Are there other things you have to
pay for in the next 6 months?
THINK ABOUT YOUR EX-
PENSES
How much do you have left after
you’ve paid for everything?
• Are you spending more than you
need to?
• What can you sacrifice or change?
• Are you saving enough?
DRAW UP YOUR BUDGET
Design a workable budget for your
household:
• How much money do you have left,
after bills and essentials?
• Write down your future costs that
you expect to pay. These could be
fixed monthly amounts

(e.g. rent) or amounts that can
change every month (e.g. food). Don’t
forget about irregular
costs, like entertainment and clothing.
• What can you change to live within
your means?
REVIEW YOUR BUDGET
At the end of the month, compare
what you budgeted to what you
actually
spent.
• Are you sticking to your budget?
• Is your budget realistic?
• What changes do you need to make
to your budget?
LEARN TO INVEST YOUR
MONEY SAFELY
Investments take time and they
will grow steadily. Follow the
steps below to invest your money
safely:
STEP 1 Set financial goals you
want to achieve in the next few years
and for the
future.
STEP 2 Make sure you have a
financial adviser you trust, someone
who will help
you identify which investments are
right for you.
STEP 3 Choose an investment or
insurance company that has a good
reputation to
give you peace of mind that they will
deliver what they promise.
STEP 4 Ask lots of questions. For
example: What happens if I stop
saving? What
happens if I want to withdraw my
money?
STEP 5 Every year you must review
your financial plan with your adviser.
Keep
track of your long-term goals.

the rest of the sauce.

You can also use
this sauce as a
dipping sauce with
veggies or spoon it
over baked
potatoes.
TIP
Simply put, juice is the liquid and
about 90% of the nutrients from
a fruit or vegetable. When made
fresh and kept raw those nutrients
stay intact. And, more enzymes,
which help you digest your food,
are saved.
You Need as Many
Enzymes as You
Can Get!
Enzymes are alive in all raw or-
ganic fruits and vegetables. But
they begin to die with time, heat
and stress. Drinking juice is a great
way to take advantage of viable
enzymes. “Enzymes are not sim-
ply catalysts that make digestion
and all other metabolic processes
work; they are living proteins that
direct the life force into our basic
biochemical and metabolic pro-
cesses. Enzymes even help re-
pair our DNA and RNA” (Rainbow

Fresh,raw,organic juice. If you’re
going to drink juice, this is the
kind you want to drink.
If you’ve got stress and cravings for sweet and salty packaged snacks,
chances are you have a toxicity problem and can really benefit from a
dietary detox. In fact, anyone experiencing chronic pain, infections, low
energy, mind fog, depression or severe illness will greatly benefit from
juicing for detox.
That same stuff that sticks to our systems and causes weight gain will also
contribute to painful conditions like arthritis, fibromyalgia, fatigue, diabetes
and so much more.
According to Dr, Gary Null and Barbara Seaman, “Juice fasting gives
the digestive system a rest and speeds up the growth of new cells, which
promotes healing.” (9)
Dr. Gabriel Cousens, one of the leading experts on detoxification with juic-
ing has shared with me on this subject in several interviews. He points out
that so much of our toxicity is caught up in our bowels, (due to overeating,
poor digestion and the accumulation of pathogens in the gut), but a mere
six days of juicing can reduce this so much so that people will begin to feel
clear minded and energized. (10)
Dr Cousens goes on to note that: In 1917, medical researchers, Satter-
lee and Eldridge, presented 518 cases to the AMA which showed that by
treating a patient’s bowel toxicity, there was an alleviation of the following
symptoms: mental sluggishness, dullness, stupidity, loss of concentration,
memory, and mental coordination, irritability, lack of confidence, excessive
worry, exaggerated introspection, hypochondriasis, phobias, depression,
melancholy, obsessions, delusions, hallucinations, suicidal tendencies,
delirium, stupor, and senility. (11)
He considers juicing, particularly fasting with juice to be the best way to
remedy this.

I am a singer/ songwriter and performer, I graduated from the University of Lagos (Bachelors in Biology Education). Started singing at a young age which led to my class- mates calling me the Human Radio back in school. Attended a lot of musical competition because I wanted to start my music career and I wouldn’t take NO for an answer neither will I let anyone tell me I couldn’t do it. And eventually I started singing professionally in 2014. I love to sing, dance, cook, read and play games (LOL) My inspiration and motivation to write most times comes from my immediate environ- ment, my experiences or other peoples experiences basically. I started singing officially in 2014, which was exactly when I released my first song. It was actually my first recorded song. • 22. 1Try a New Position Sometimes we get into a rut and we’re afraid to try something new. But new positions can make things feel more exciting.I have one particular position I stick with for two main reasons: it tends to feel the best, and it’s real- ly cold in the winter and I don’t like getting out of the covers! But there’s an easy way to deal with that. Get a space heater for your bedroom and turn it on when you’re getting ready to make love. Then the fear of being cold won’t hold you back as much. And if you have an easier time reaching or- gasm in one position (most women do), that’s no reason not to try other positions as foreplay. Moving around during sex,and changing positions has several benefits: it helps him last lon- ger; it helps increase the excitement factor; it helps you keep your mind on what’s going on (since we women are notorious for our minds drifting during sex). A new position can hon- estly feel great! So try it. Get on top. Move your legs around and and find a good angle. Or whatever works for you! Make it your goal that AT LEAST every third time you make love you’ll use at least 3 posi- tions. So maybe two times are fun and simple, but the spice the third time up. Go 3 in 3! Tilt Your Pelvis Here’s something I talked at length about in The Good Girl’s Guide to Great Sex: for women to reach an orgasm, we have to have our clitoris stimulated in some way. Normal missionary po- sition sex doesn’t tend to do this. But with one simple trick you can make it so much better. Just tilt your pelvis up (like squeeze your butt muscles, and your pelvis will tilt forward). When you do this, you make the angle better, so that when he’s thrusting he will hit your clitoris. But you also “en- gage” that little bit of flesh your- self because the tilting actually squeezes the clitoris. Seriously. Just try it right – tilt your pelvis. Feel the difference? You can do this in any position and enhance the pleasure, but often you have to actually get the position to work first before you tilt, or he’ll have a hard time entering you. Start with a Massage Here’s one of course you’ll agree with: start sex with a massage. Keep some massage oil in the bedside table, or a massage candle, and start by massag- ing each other’s backs and legs. The benefits? It helps you relax first so that you can get rid of all the pinballs in your head of all the things you’re thinking about from the day. Also, if you massage naked, it’s very sensual, and it can get the libido going. It’s just a good transition time, and we’re more likely to get “warmed up” with a massage. It shows he cares, it helps our bodies relax, and it helps us calm down mentally, too. 22 JUNE 2018 ROYAL ROUGE MAGAZINE TIPS FOR HER Rr Unless a man is suffering from some sort of sexual dysfunction, sex usually feels great for him almost au- tomatically (if your husband is suffering from premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction, or low libido, I have some insights and help for you here). We women, on the other hand, are often left wondering what all the fuss is about. It takes a little more time and effort to make it feel wonderful for us. Here are 9 tips to make you feel wonderful, too! 09Tips For Making Sex Feel Great For You! 2 3 Www.Royalrouge.co.za
  • 23. JUNE 2018 ROYAL ROUGE MAGAZINE 23Rr TIPS FOR HER PlayTeacher just because you’re married doesn’t mean that you understand each other sexually. What feels good to one per- son does not necessarily feel good to another. And men tend to like being touched very differently than women do (men like things rougher and more deliberate; women tend to like things lighter). Also, just because something is an erotic zone does not mean that it wants to be touched all the time. For instance, many women don’t like their breasts touched roughly at all, or even handled that much, but when they’re highly aroused all of a sudden it’s ex- citing. So we’re different, and we like specific things. Take a session or two where you play teacher. Tell him ex- actly what to do, like he is a pupil and he has to do everything you say. Pay attention to your body, and ask him to do anything you want. You can even be quite demanding! Then the next time turn the tables and let him be teacher. You just may learn a lot about each other. It’s good to do this at least once a year, because hormonal chang- es will often affect what we want. We may think we’ve lost our libido when really our body has just changed and responds to different things now. Think Pressure not Friction Men tend to feel aroused by friction–he likes the rubbing back and forth. That can be pleasurable for women, too, but what really tends to help us is pressure on the clitoris, but also the pressure of feeling “full”. Instead of thrusting all the way out and all the way in, then, try for part of making love to get him as deep as pos- sible and and thrust only a little bit, so that the pressure is quite intense all the time. To help this, try wrapping your legs around him, or even have him kneel while you lie down to help him go deeper. Other positions, like having you lie on your stomach while he lies on top of you, can help with pressure, too. Note: for many women this is something which changes after child- birth. Before childbirth, pressure isn’t as great a turn-on. After childbirth it is, because we’re a lot looser. So if you haven’t had any babies yet, this may not be as big a one for you. Squeeze to get that same feeling of pressure, try squeezing him while he’s inside you. That’s not as hard as it sounds. You use your Kegel muscles (the ones on the wall of vagina). They’re the same mus- cles that are engaged if you stop the flow of urine on the toilet. Do that a few times and you’ll feel what muscles I mean. Then try the same squeezing when you’re making love. This helps with that “pressure” feeling for you, and helps him feel great, too! PlayTeacher . More Foreplay–And I’m Talking to You, Women! Think of foreplay not as something that he does to you, but as something that you BOTH do. If you can become active BEFORE you start making love, you’ll find yourself much more aroused. Rub yourself against him. Climb on top of him and feel him. Take his hand and put it where you want it to go.Circle your hips and help him. If you’re lying there while he touches you, you can start to feel embarrassed, or bored, or nervous. If you’re engaged in the process, it’s more exciting for both of you. No More Erotica or Porn If you want sex to feel amazing, you need to be aroused by your husband ONLY, and not be fantasizing about something else in your head. The more you watch porn or read erotica, or the more he does, the more sex isn’t about any kind of spiritual intimacy, but it’s just about using each other. That ends up feeling cheap and impersonal. And the best sex isn’t sex that’s “enhanced” by porn (one of the effects of porn is lower sexual pleasure); it’s sex when you feel very loved. Commitment is the best aphrodisiac. 4 5 6 Use Lubricant Seriously. It’s not a failure on your part if you need to use lubricant. It often enhances the pleasure right away. You may not need it all the time, but most women fluctuate through the month with their ability to get aroused quickly, and with the amount of lubrication we naturally produce. Some nights may be great, and others may not. Meno- pause or breastfeeding and pregnancy throw another wrench in the whole thing. Lubricant can help you get a leg up, so to speak, so that sex is arousing right away. 7 8 9 Www.Royalrouge.co.za
  • 24. Women like kissing because it is an emotionally intimate act. However, beyond the lips, a woman still desires that you explore other erogenous areas in her body during the sex act! According to psychologist and author of sex books, Dr. Jill Weber, the following are the areas to explore in your woman’s body… Not that you want your partner to be a superman but come on people,U doing all that in needed in bed. Am talking about dancing, stripping, crawling over him, liking his body while his putting his hand 1 24 JUNE 2018 ROYAL ROUGE MAGAZINE TIPS FOR HIM Rr 1. Nape of the neck. Start kissing at her neck, as there’s a certain vulnerability that drives her wild, says Jennifer Lan- da, author of The Sex Drive Solu- tion for Women. 2. Small of the back. This is where all the nerves for the genitals originate, so stimulation of the lower back with massage and kissing and nibbling is a great way to stimulate the area,” says Dr. Landa. It’s also why she loves it when you place your hand on the small of her back when you’re out together — it’s an intimate, sexy gesture that makes a woman feel hot without it seeming out of the ordinary, she says. 3. Forehead. What woman doesn’t want to get a loving kiss from a man who loves her brain? “It’s a huge self-confidence builder, a soother, and a make-her-legs- weak, strong-man move,” says Walsh. It might not be the thing to do in the bedroom—you’ll want to focus on other areas at that point—but she’ll appreciate when you pull her close and plant one on her head after a long day at work. 4. Fingers. Fingertips have a huge concen- tration of nerve endings, making them sensitive to anything from little pecks to a long suck. “When you suck and lick her fingers, she gets an idea of your oral skills and pictures what it might be like when you lick and suck her more intimate areas,” says Dr. Landa. 5. Nipples. Sucking on her nipples releases the hormone oxytocin, called ‘the love hormone,’ because it makes people feel more bonded, says Landa . “The nipples seem to have a hotline to the genitals, and for some women, nipple stimulation will send an impulse right to her clitoris.” Don’t forget you can score points by showing some love to the rest of her breast, too. 6. Ears. Her ears may be quite sensitive to auditory stimulation,” says Lan- da. “So, while you suck her ear, be sure to use the opportunity to whisper something about how attracted you are to her and what you’d like to do to her after you finish nibbling her lobes.” 7. The clit. Once you land here, you’ve reached the point of no return. There are over 8,000 nerve endings in the clitoris alone, compared to a man’s mere 4,000 in the penis,” says Dr. Christine Milrod. • 25. True TalkAs close and in love as you may be with your current partner, I think it’s safe to say there’s something your partner doesn’t know about you. While I believe that most couples should have little to no se- crets between them, revealing too much or digging up the past that has no bearing on who you are today may be irrelevant, and cause unnecessary drama in your relationship. All couples are different, and if you feel your union is so strong that it can sustain anything that you di- vulge about yourself, then great! But if you don’t feel obligated to reveal everything there is to know about your life, here are a few things we feel you might be able to keep close to the vest…with a few caveats of course. to get better, others may be secretly annoyed that you didn’t lie to save his feelings. I look at it like this: your ex is an ex for a reason no matter how great the sex was. You love your new beau so that should make him your best, right? Okay, maybe not, but you know what I mean. Just go with it. 2. Number of Sex Partners I don’t know why people ask this question, particularly men. No matter how many people you tell 1. Your Best Sex If your best sex wasn’t with your current partner, there’s no need to tell him that. You’ve got to know that, right? If he asks you if he was, simply say, “Awww babe, you know I love you” and hopefully that’ll distract him. If he doesn’t fall for it, I see no reason why telling a little fib will hurt. Men have fragile egos, so stroke it. Nothing good can come from telling him that he wasn’t your best and while some men may use that bit of information as incentive JUNE 2018 ROYAL ROUGE MAGAZINE 25Rr TIPS FOR HIM Www.Royalrouge.co.za 9 Secret tha are okay to keep from your partner
  • 26. 26 JUNE 2018 ROYAL ROUGE MAGAZINE TIPS FOR HIM Rr Www.Royalrouge.co.za He should be with you for who you are, so how many men you’ve slept with should make no difference to him…unless he just thinks you’re a slore, in which case he’s already drawn his conclusions anyway. Your best bet is to simply not answer the question, although that could cause him to become more sus- picious and make unwarranted judgments of you. If he pressures you to answer, you can either make up a number that you feel is reasonable and qualify it by saying, “But they were all long- term boyfriends” or you can say, “No one matters that came before you babe” and hope that answer will suffice. If not, then it’s time to bounce him because he’s simply too insecure. 3. A Past Affair Don’t kill me but I don’t necessar- ily believe that once a cheater, al- ways a cheater. If you’ve learned from the error of your ways and have vowed that you will never cheat (or be the mistress or side chick) in relationships ever again, then you can probably keep that bit of information to yourself. If he asks you if you’ve ever cheated on a boyfriend, you may feel compelled to be honest since you don’t consider yourself to be a cheater anymore – and that’s honorable. But telling him that you cheated on an ex or were involved with a married man may only cause him to question his relationship with you and wonder if you’ll do the same thing to him. If there is no chance that he’ll find out about your past infidelities and you think divulging this information would compromise your current relationship, then keep it to yourself and continue to be a faithful girlfriend. If he asks and you choose to be honest and he leaves, then he wasn’t the one for you and you should be with a man that understands that people make mistakes and can learn from them. 4. An Abortion If you had an abortion as a result of getting pregnant in a past relationship, there is no reason you should feel the need to tell anyone that – especially if it’s an experience you’d rather not relive. You shouldn’t hide a pregnancy or an abortion from a current boyfriend but that could also be considered your prerogative. Now if you cannot conceive or carry a baby to term because of a past abortion, and your current partner wants to have children, then you may need to come clean. Otherwise, it is a decision you made for yourself that requires no explanation to anyone. 5. Previous STD I would normally never advise anyone to keep their sexual history a secret, especially since that is information a potential partner needs to have in order to make an informed decision about having sex with you. However, if you contracted a disease 10 years ago before you met your current partner and it has since been treated and cured, and you haven’t had one since, then you may be able to move past that experience and not share. Sexual history is a delicate topic that most people have a hard time addressing. But if you’ve had several STD’s or currently have a condition that you can pass onto your partner, he or she should be told about it…BEFORE you have sex. Condom or not. 6. Any Information about Your Ex Unless you’re ex is your child’s parent, is stalking you or you have a restraining order against him, your current partner has no reason to know anything about any of your exes. If your ex is still trying to get back together with you, you may decide this is in- formation is on a “need-to-know” basis, because you may feel you can handle your ex on your own. But if the ex is posting inappropri- ate comments on your Facebook page, is disrespecting your relationship or trying to sabotage it, then and only then should your ex’s name come up to your current partner so that he or she is in the loop as to what is going on. Otherwise, leave your ex and that relationship in the past and keep his name out of your mouth. By constantly bringing up your ex, that’I’ll just make your current boo wonder if you’re over him, and could possibly make him jealous
  • 27. JUNE 2018 ROYAL ROUGE MAGAZINE 27Rr TIPS FOR HIM Www.Royalrouge.co.za or feel insecure – neither of which is a good thing. If you value your current relationship, keep your exes and all information about them in the past where it belongs. 7. Prior Criminal Be- havior Unless you are a registered sex offender or have committed murder or armed robbery, you can probably keep the public indecency charge you caught in college to yourself. Now if you have a record and did a bid, then you probably can’t hide that for very long anyway. But if you were busted for shoplifting as a teenager and the charge has since been expunged and your records sealed, then you can keep your lips sealed on that one as well. If you are no longer criminally minded and have been an upstanding citizen who abides by the law, then don’t give him or her a reason to give you the side eye…or sleep with one eye open. 8. Debt If you are not married or share expenses and a bank account, then there is no reason the guy you’re dating has to know about your student loans or credit card debt. However, if he has a five year plan that includes you both paying for a wedding, buying a house and starting a college fund for Junior, you’re going to need to come clean about your spending habits. Lying about or hiding finances can make or break a marriage before it has a real chance to succeed. With that in mind, if you are married or planning to get married, then lay your finances on the table and consult a financial planner if necessary. This way, you can establish a budget that will help you get out of debt while achieving your financial goals as a couple. But if you two are just kicking it, keep your finances separate and your mouth closed – but still get financial help if you need it. 9. Your Toy Collection Unless you are a sex addict, there is no reason your man should know about your secret stash of adult videos or sex toys if you don’t want him to. While some men would welcome the use of such props to your sex lives together, others may not be as open minded and may find those things offensive or even intimidating. If you two live sep- arately, then just make sure you have a good hiding spot in the crib for when he comes over and keep working on convincing him that your toys are no substitution for the real thing. But if he’s still opposed to them, then you may either need to dump him for a more adventurous, more secure partner…or keep them under lock and key and bust them out when he goes out of town for the weekend
  • 28. HOWCANIL AFTERMYMO BETTER? LET’S TALK THE SECRET OF THE LION Why do you think the male lion eats before the rest of the pride? No, it’s not because he is greedy and bossy… it’s so he can be sure of having the strength he needs to protect his family from any danger in the future. It’s a good lesson. Before you do anything else, put aside a set amount when you get paid and save it. In other words, pay yourself first - and make sure you look after your future. Put some money away, even if you think the amount is too small, you’ll be surprised how quickly it mounts up. TIPS ON CREATING A HABIT OF SAVING FOR YOUR FUTURE • Take a portion of what you earn and set up a monthly debit order for a savings plan. • Decide on a specific amount and invest it every month in a savings plan. • Plan a monthly budget and don’t exceed it. • You can even ask your bank to put a limit on how much you can withdraw. 28 JUNE 2018 ROYAL ROUGE MAGAZINE BUSINESS GENIUS Rr Www.Royalrouge.co.za You could choose what type of savings plan you want to invest in. This could be a simple savings account or you could invest in unit trusts, but the best way is to talk to a financial adviser. They’ll give you the advice on how to save and, most importantly, grow your money. • PAY YOURSELF FIRST LIKE THE LION • CREATE THE HABIT OF SAVING • START WITH A SMALL AMOUNT EACH MONTH
  • 29. LOOK ONEY Have you ever watched a leopard hunt? They like to climb high on a tree or hill from where they can plan their day. The leopard decides what it wants to eat and then never lets its prey out of its sight, patiently planning and moving towards the goal. You can learn from the leopard to create a financial plan so that you always keep an eye on your goals. SO WHERE DO YOU WANT TO GO? Like the leopard, you need to hunt for what you want the most out of life. Begin by writing down and Implementing your Goals. THE SECRET OF THE ELEPHANT Elephants are known for having a great memory and are careful to make visual notes of food sources along their migration paths. It’s a good lesson. We can manage our money much better if we write it down in order to keep track of it. And, of course, knowing exactly what your expenses are can take out the worry and stress of spending. Save, spend, record, and remember. Gain control of your finances: LEARN WHAT YOU EARN Look at how much you earn every month and ask yourself: • How much money can I be sure of getting each month? • What gets deducted monthly, such as tax or pension? KNOW WHAT YOU OWE Gather all your bills together and write them down. • What do you spend your money on? • How much money do you owe? • Are there other things you have to pay for in the next 6 months? THINK ABOUT YOUR EX- PENSES How much do you have left after you’ve paid for everything? • Are you spending more than you need to? • What can you sacrifice or change? • Are you saving enough? DRAW UP YOUR BUDGET Design a workable budget for your household: • How much money do you have left, after bills and essentials? • Write down your future costs that you expect to pay. These could be fixed monthly amounts JUNE 2018 ROYAL ROUGE MAGAZINE 29Rr BUSINESS GENIUS Www.Royalrouge.co.za (e.g. rent) or amounts that can change every month (e.g. food). Don’t forget about irregular costs, like entertainment and clothing. • What can you change to live within your means? REVIEW YOUR BUDGET At the end of the month, compare what you budgeted to what you actually spent. • Are you sticking to your budget? • Is your budget realistic? • What changes do you need to make to your budget? LEARN TO INVEST YOUR MONEY SAFELY Investments take time and they will grow steadily. Follow the steps below to invest your money safely: STEP 1 Set financial goals you want to achieve in the next few years and for the future. STEP 2 Make sure you have a financial adviser you trust, someone who will help you identify which investments are right for you. STEP 3 Choose an investment or insurance company that has a good reputation to give you peace of mind that they will deliver what they promise. STEP 4 Ask lots of questions. For example: What happens if I stop saving? What happens if I want to withdraw my money? STEP 5 Every year you must review your financial plan with your adviser. Keep track of your long-term goals.

  • 32. Simply put, juice is the liquid and about 90% of the nutrients from a fruit or vegetable. When made fresh and kept raw those nutrients stay intact. And, more enzymes, which help you digest your food, are saved. You Need as Many Enzymes as You Can Get! Enzymes are alive in all raw or- ganic fruits and vegetables. But they begin to die with time, heat and stress. Drinking juice is a great way to take advantage of viable enzymes. “Enzymes are not sim- ply catalysts that make digestion and all other metabolic processes work; they are living proteins that direct the life force into our basic biochemical and metabolic pro- cesses. Enzymes even help re- pair our DNA and RNA” (Rainbow Green Live - Food Cuisine, 112) BoostYour Lifestyle 32 JUNE 2018 ROYAL ROUGE MAGAZINE KITCHEN CORNER/ EAT SMART Rr Www.Royalrouge.co.za Fresh, raw, organic juice. If you’re going to drink juice, this is the kind you want to drink. If you’ve got stress and cravings for sweet and salty packaged snacks, chances are you have a toxicity problem and can really benefit from a dietary detox. In fact, anyone experiencing chronic pain, infections, low energy, mind fog, depression or severe illness will greatly benefit from juicing for detox. That same stuff that sticks to our systems and causes weight gain will also contribute to painful conditions like arthritis, fibromyalgia, fatigue, diabetes and so much more. According to Dr, Gary Null and Barbara Seaman, “Juice fasting gives the digestive system a rest and speeds up the growth of new cells, which promotes healing.” (9) Dr. Gabriel Cousens, one of the leading experts on detoxification with juic- ing has shared with me on this subject in several interviews. He points out that so much of our toxicity is caught up in our bowels, (due to overeating, poor digestion and the accumulation of pathogens in the gut), but a mere six days of juicing can reduce this so much so that people will begin to feel clear minded and energized. (10) Dr Cousens goes on to note that: In 1917, medical researchers, Satter- lee and Eldridge, presented 518 cases to the AMA which showed that by treating a patient’s bowel toxicity, there was an alleviation of the following symptoms: mental sluggishness, dullness, stupidity, loss of concentration, memory, and mental coordination, irritability, lack of confidence, excessive worry, exaggerated introspection, hypochondriasis, phobias, depression, melancholy, obsessions, delusions, hallucinations, suicidal tendencies, delirium, stupor, and senility. (11) He considers juicing, particularly fasting with juice to be the best way to remedy this.
