Brief
Produce VMware’s interactive, hands on seven city (over 4 weeks) End User
Computing roadshow, focused on how IT can address the demand that end-
user preferences are placing on the business of all sizes, all the way from the
data centre to the smart-phone and beyond.
Across seven cities in Australia and New Zealand, (Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra,
Melbourne, Perth, Auckland and Wellington) the VMware Series 2013 events
provided real-time demonstrations, with technology applied to real-life
scenarios, giving delegates the opportunity to get hands-on with the technology
and up close with the experts.
M&a were engaged to create and produce all aspects of a series of complex
roadshow events, bringing everything together with a 12 week lead time.
Ensuring the seamless and quality delivery of aesthetic and logistical execution
whilst exceeding a sponsorship revenue of $650,000.
Solution
