The TalentCafe
With its circular approach the TalentCafe develops
workshops and courses for various target groups
within the International and Dutch community.
In a social environment talented teams create
their own jobs, by making beautiful educational
products and publications. Our team members
complement and boost each other: they share
knowledge by living their passion. This is how
sharing becomes multiplying.
ReDesign and Re-Discover
Our ReDesign program focuses on developing
curiosity about style and design. Re-Designing is also
about reusing and recycling our belongings wherever
possible, out of respect for our planet. Be it your
home, your old-fashioned or second hand wardrobe,
the perception of yourself when jobhunting or
finding new customers: in a few lessons you will
get a new and different view on what the ReDesign
method offers, to refugees and Expats, and to the
local underprivileged. ReDesigning your home, your
outfit or your life is a journey of re-discovery.

YOURSELF
Fashion ReDesign is about breathing new life into
clothing you would otherwise throw out… like
that outdated dress in the back of your closet.
During this course you will learn the design
principles and sewing skills needed to refresh
your wardrobe without going on a shopping
spree. At the end of four lessons you will have
redesigned an item of your own clothing and the
course will conclude with a fashion show. Fashion
Re-designing is not only fun and economical,
it is also eco-friendly. With a little care and
creativity we can make the world a better place!
Creating a home with a personal touch needs
some creativity. It does not matter if you are
renting or buying, or if you want to upgrade your
home’s value before selling it. This workshop
teaches you how to adapt the available spaces
to your lifestyle in just 4 lessons. You will learn
how to maximise spaces using lighting and
colours. How to combine fabric and furniture.
With tips and advice on how to transform a
space into your personal home. Homes tell
stories about life… What story will your home
be telling?
Sometimes you just need a litte help to take
the next step. Or to choose a new direction.
This training offers four modules: discover your
talent, compose CV/profile/motivation, your
pitch or the interview, and of course the perfect
outfit to make a smashing first impression!
Supported by the Jump program you will (re)
discover your very own valuable competences.
The Re-Design Yourself workshop gives you
advice and information, and if you wish, it can
help you to start a new life direction!
