Ok my mates, today I just want to give you a tip that anyone can
use. This tip I developed through trial and error over the past 6
years.

I needed to find a way to become more balanced and overcome
some of my deficiencies resulting from my Traumatic Brain Injury.
These deficiencies ranged from lethargy, moodiness, anxiety,
foggier processing skills, and over all balance to curb them.

Some of the other benefits, has been weight loss, improved moods,
increased focus and a more balanced and happier life.

The 3 ACTIONS steps I did were Nutrition, Exercise, and
Meditation,

These 3 ACTION steps that I took worked for living with a
Traumatic Brain Injury and I have absolutely no doubt that they will
work for you. You can be more specific and find your nutrition plan
for you personally, but just by following a few simple guidelines
which I will explain below.

Nutrition:

I don't give a rat's arse whether you have a Brain Injury like me or
are a normal person. The better your Nutrition, the better you can
deal with the constant barrage of shit that you deal with everyday,
like work, fatigue, energy, dealing with your kids and a whole host
of issues.

Now, I'm not a certified nutritionist, but I can tell you what to avoid
the majority of the time. You can still eat or drink these things, but
not all the time. Just by cutting down these foods, you'll feel much
more energetic and more focused.

Guys, stay away from processed foods like all the fast food crap
that's taunting you everyday. It's useless unhealthy food. There are
too many toxins that clog up your system. Stay away from soft
drinks, shit, Coke can clean a toilet, imagine what it's doing on your
insides? Don't get me wrong, I still drink it, but not a lot and a lot
means like every drink.

Speaking of drink, DRINK water and loads of it. More likely or not
you're dehydrated. You need to cleanse your insides and your skin
will thank you. Try and eat organic as much as you can. Try and
avoid all the crap they put in your food like pesticides and growth
hormones. It's like you're being drugged and you don't even know
it!

Cut the grog(alcohol) and ciggies(smokes). I used to drink and
smoke, not everyday with the grog, but I did with the smokes. I
barely drink nowadays. I learnt with my Brain Injury I couldn't, I'd
just get drunk a lot quicker and I'd end up feeling like shit! Do you
realise how much shit are in drinks? And smokes, shit, don't get me
started on that! It took me about 3 years after my accident to quit
and now, I can't even stand the thought of having a drag. Not to
mention I saved like $6 a day! The amount will differ from wherever
you are. Forget the money you'll save, what about saving your lungs
or even let's say your kids, if you smoke around them? Does that
make it easier to quit now?

Just the simple act of ditching those bad habits, I'm more energetic,
I don't have hangovers, my breath doesn't smell like an ashtray and
I feel more healthier. My skin isn't clogged up from those things.

All this is, is just a quick overview of nutrition. You know what, I
hate people telling me what to do. I want to make my own educates
decisions, but why would I accept all these bullshit toxins to enter
my body. Why would I put myself at physical risk and have other
risks from grog and ciggies and pay for it still? That's bloody
STUPID, but the CHOICE is yours.

Exercise:
I'm not saying you need to be a gym rat, shit, I'm not, but we all
need to do is get the blood flowing so that we can think clearer and
actually not run out of breath walking up a flight of stairs!

Some great exercises are walking for 20 minutes daily, swimming,
stretching/yoga, surfing, riding a bike, or doing some push-ups.
These are easy exercises that pretty much anyone can do. Combine
that with nutrition and you can see your energy explode, lose
weight, and even sleep better.

I'll give you a tip. For me, I walk my dog Buddah twice a day and I
listen to the Inner Circle with Empower Network and brainstorm.
I'm doing three things at once. Better my financial education,
getting healthy, and walking my dog. Killing two birds with one
stone, how about three!

I also do a system of exercises that take me 10-12 minutes. The
benefits from these exercises are amazing, I lost weight, I naturally
chose healthier foods and my mental clarity was unreal. Click on the
Five Tibetan Rites and I'll tell you about it!

Meditation:

Last, but not least is Meditation. Now, the key to using all three
tools is CONSISTENCY. You can get great results, but they'll only be
effective the more CONSISTENT you are.

Look, you don't have to be a swami or some guru to see the benefits,
anyone can do it. I'm half Fiji Indian so I guess I'm genetically
prone to Meditation. Lol, that's what I like to tell myself when I
think it's too bloody hippy and shit.

Anyways, you don't have to perform weird yoga positions and stuff
like that you can actually Meditate doing anything, like painting,
surfing, knitting and even doing dishes! It's really just mindfulness,
focusing your whole attention to whatever you're doing. Like
breathing, that's a good one, just concentrate on breathing in and
out and being mindful of it.

Me personally, I listen to Steve G. jones or Burt Goldman and
perform guided meditations. When done CONSISTENTLY the
benefits are amazing! For me, I become much more calmer and I
process information better, I sleep better and I'm a happier guy
overall. My family and other half are happier because I'm not such a
moody bastard as before...lol.

Now if you do all three simultaneously the results are absolutely
unbelievable. Consistency is the key and that's the key to everything.

Wonder why I can write about things that truly matter and make a
living about Nutrition, Exercise, and Meditation? Put your
email in and find out how you too can do what you love and make a
living! It'll blow your mind and you won't regret it, TRUST me....I'm
here to lead you to find out your purpose!

So go on, check it out! What do you have to lose and by the way
these three Action steps help me to making more money, that's why
I'm telling you!
