This study aimed to determine the importance of the K-12 program for grade 12 students at Binabalian National High School (BNHS) in the Philippines. The study surveyed 102 BNHS students and found that: 1. Most respondents were 17-year-old females studying cookery. 2. Respondents felt that the K-12 program provides more opportunities to study and gives a more concrete education. 3. Perceived advantages included helping students work abroad, being a good program, and leading to more success. 4. Disadvantages included financial barriers preventing further education and students choosing work over additional schooling. The study concluded the K-12 program is effective and

Re-Statement of the Problem
This study sought to find out the importance of k-12 Grade 12 Students in
Binabalian students during the school year 2019-2020.
Specifically, the study answered the following questions.
Problem no.1 Dealt with the profile of the respondents in terms of age
degree or course, information and reflected.
Problem no.2 Degree of effected of Importance of K-12 to grade 12
students in Binabalian National High School.
Problem no.3 Frequency of Advantage of K-12 Program
Problem no.4 The frequency of Advantages of K-12 program

Summary of Findings
The study was conducted to determine the Importance of K-12 to grade 12
students in BNHS as perceived by students in BNHS with the total number of
one hundred two (102) Binabalian students as respondents.
The findings of the study.
1.Profile of the respondents

3. a. Many of the respondents belong to the age group of 17 years old with a
frequency of 150 or 49.01
percent out of the 102 total number of population of the respondents. b.
Many of the respondents are in terms Gender "Female" of the frequency
distribution of 55 or 58.82 percent out of the respondents.
c. Many of the respondents in terms of information with the frequency
distribution of 57 or 55.88 percent out of the respondents.
d. Profile of respondent in terms of Degree/Course "Cookery" having a
frequency of 30 or 29.41 of 102 respondents. Program no.5 Frequency of
Disadvantage of K-12 program

4. Binabalian. Its was found out that "it give opportunity to study" having a
weighted average frequency of 71 or 69.61, followed by the " it gives more
concrete information the study" with weighted frequency.
3. The frequency of Advantage of K-12 Program.
It was found out that "Aims to meet the standard required or professionals
would want to work abroad" having a frequency of 39 or 38.24, following by
the statement '"K-12 is a good program. Just are government who did not
thought about the right time" with frequency of 22 or 21.56, followed by "More
education the more successful in life" with frequency of 24 or 23.53, followed
by the statement " The program aims to uplift the quality of education of the
students" with frequency of 17 or 16.67.
4. Frequency of Advantage of K-12 program in Binabalian National High

5. School.
It was found out that that most of the respondents have satisfactory
performance with a frequency of 52 or 50.98 percent followed by the low
performance and outstanding performance.
5. The frequency of disadvantage of k-12 program
It was found out the most of the respondents have satisfactory
performance with a frequency of 53 or 51.96 percent followed by the low
performance and outstanding performance.
Conclusion
From the results of the study, the researchers formulated the following
conclusions:

several respondents belong to the cookery students, and various respondents
are from teachers.

who are really interested in schooling" , " K-12 program also have a better
plans and we must look for it" , " Whatever the reason of the k-12 we must be
wise enough and believe in the positive side of for us to success , without
doubting and believe to our self that we can make it whatever it makes" are
the frequency of advantage of k-12 program by the Binabalian National High

effective this program.
Recommendations
Based from the result of the study, the researchers respectfully
recommended the following;
1. Students should be energize going to school
2. Students should incorporate studying with other activities and study
whenever, whatever they can
3. A k-12 program get empowerment study
4. K-12 get a more lesson from this kind of program can be helpful to many
students that they study hard
5. K-12 will giving hope to our many students
