I have known Romel Reginio for over a year. He has been my subordinate for South East Region as a
logistics specialist for Williams Sonoma and can attest to his outstanding character and work ethic.
Romel is a team player who could be counted on to put in more than his share of work. He has been
awarded several times as one of the top performers in the team. Organized and diligent, he quickly
learned systems that were unfamiliar to him when he first started with Damco GSC. Romel multitasks
effectively and is able to handle a high-volume workload. His communication skills, both written and
verbal, are very good. Of particular value to me as his former team manager was Romel's enthusiastic
embrace of change, ability to work with minimal supervision and unwavering commitment to meet
customer expectations.
