same Seminar, John Stang (Wichita, Kansas) and I also did a 1 hour panel discussion with
the participants asking questions about DUIs, for a total of 2 hours of CLE taught at this

newest PBT in the KHP’s arsenal), and his Intoxilyzer 5000, model 6600 series, so that live
demonstrations of what was being presented in the paper and PowerPoint presentation could
be shown to the Judges. This was presented on October 18, 2005; and

occurrences will result in a suspension of a driver’s license in Kansas, the period of
suspension, the statutes requiring the suspension, and the effect of the abolition of the five
year look-back by the Kansas Legislature during the 2005 Legislative Session.
