4. Students can register With EE
centre by walking in the EE
centre office where they will be

8. Manager setup a session
schedule by selecting the
days and time where his
business can be free for
tutoring and this is for the
employee to select
according to their availability
The Employee then picks the
time slot online or at EE
Centre offices he or she will
be available to tutor and by
doing so, the system will show
the employee availability by
displaying the subject he or
she tutors on the Session
schedule calendar.
9. Students login the EE centre or
calls EE Centre offices to check for
available time slots for specific
subjects and then books for that
particular time slot. Students can
only view session schedule online
but can not book. Booking can
only be made telephonically with
EE centre at their offices or they
can just walk in the office to make
a booking.
10. Student must go and deposit money at any of the standard bank
and then provide the deposit slip as proof of their payment for a
particular session they want to book for or have booked for. They
can either upload it online or submit the deposit slip to the EE centre
office.
11. EE centre has a mini library where
registered students who are tutored by
EE Centre can borrow the books by
checking the books out from the Admin
clerk
12. If student fails to deliver the Book
on time or looses the book. He or
she is penalized by a fine which he
pays directly at the EE Centre office
and not on deposit.
13. When new books are to be bought
or replaced in the EE Centre, the
Admin clerk request for an invoice
from the supplier by sending an
Email to the supplier with the books
details on the e-mail. The supplier
will reply to the Admin clerk request
through an Email with the invoice of
the ordered books.
14. When the supplier arrives with the
ordered items, the Admin clerk signs
that he has received the order and
he/she enters the order received in the
system and then Files the receipt in the
receipt file. The Admin clerk is
Authorized to use the business bank
card to do EFT transactions which
manager is notified about the
transactions. Admin clerk can also
write a check on behalf of the
manager to pay the suppliers of the
books.
