Examining symptom exaggeration and suboptimal effort on psychological and
neuropsychological tests in light of belongingness and social exclusion in OIF/OEF
veterans.

Collaborated with Stephanie Cawthon, PhD and one of my peers in a case study
investigation of the effectiveness of using a cognitive apprenticeship model in a research
lab developed by Dr. Cawthon and implemented at Walden University, in an online
graduate program.
Walden University (2003-2005)
Participated in an online research laboratory that examined participation in assessment
and the use of testing accommodations and alternative assessments with students who are
deaf and hard-of-hearing. Activities included research design, developing a codebook,
questionnaire development, telephone and traditional survey methods, SPSS, and data
interpretation.
