Plant Controller Cadbury Schweppes (Aspers, Pennsylvania) 1997-2000
Directed site accounting via SAP software: A/P, G/L, HRIS, Payroll, FICO, and IM
modules. Supervised a staff of six Accountants, and one IT Manager in a dynamic
manufacturing environment. Developed and managed a factory budget of $150M.
Chaired multiple committees which netted several million dollars in savings.
SAP Development Manager - Supply Chain 1996
Directed the supply chain team in implementing a regional SAP solution for the business
within a twelve month period. Managed all aspects of the project for the supply chain:
process mapping, gap analysis, project management, configuration, documentation,
testing, training, and cutover tasks. Project went live on schedule, cost, and scope.
Operations Accounting Manager 1993-1996
Managed corporate reporting and control of A/P, cost, inventory, and fixed assets of a
$1B division. Supervised a staff of 15 accounting professionals. Managed the
conversion of a manual inventory system to a computer based MRP system. Served on
