We are a full service brokerage offering Realtors all of the support they need and a full commission structure. Commissions
are paid twice per month with options to get paid more often. Monthly fees are deducted from commissions, saving you
from writing us a cheque.
BRANDED WEBSITE
We will help you build a business website that will integrate with our virtual office system. To make things easy, we suggest

In our optional fee based screened lead pool we screen leads coming in from the website to ensure they are credible. Leads
are distributed on a rotational basis to realtors enrolled in the program. We charge a minimal fee per lead.
MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
We welcome new realtors-in-training and realtors would like to learn from high producers how to take their business to the
next level. We will pair you with a high producing associate who will work with you on a deal, teaching you their process.
The cost for this invaluable training is only 25% of your commission on the sale.
WEBSITE MANAGEMENT SERVICES
You will have access to our website supplier’s low priced programs. You will pay a low monthly fee for website hosting. You
can also choose to take advantage of their SEO programs to boost your listing on Google. You may also use their services
for any ongoing website changes or design assistance.
RECRUITMENT COMMISSIONS
This is where we pay you! If you refer a realtor to join our team, we pay you a referral fee!
