PROFILE:
I am a British, CELTA-qualified teacher of English as a Foreign Language with over twelve
years' teaching experience.
From 2003-2013 I worked on a freelance basis in Germany, delivering Business English,
alongside proofreading, copywriting and translation services to a diverse range of clients.
These clients included private language schools, small companies, vocational colleges,
universities and global corporations. Following a two year contract teaching General,
Business and Technical English to industrial trainees at Saudi Aramco oil company in Ras
Tanura, Saudi Arabia, I am now based in Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg.
In addition to my teaching, proofreading, copywriting and translating work, I am also a
member of the British National Union of Journalists. I have contributed articles to many
English-Language print and digital publications and occasionally performed English-
Language voiceovers in documentaries or corporate films.
