Client /Employer Experience:
First Nations Technology Led Technical Trainer responsible for delivering training throughout BC to First Nations communities. Created curriculum and lesson plans for programs from basic computer literacy through all Microsoft and A+ certifications. Set up and managed Certiport and PearsonVUE testing services. Assisted in management, accounting, inventory and operations of the company.
Canadian Tourism College: Contracted then hired as an instructor for the computer Business Management Training Program. Provided assistance in IT support and development, systems maintenance, web site development and updates, e-mail management and sales, registration and general business development initiatives.
Com-Tech Learning Solutions: Co-founded company and provided contract training and technical writing services to many clients throughout BC.
Uniserve On-Line: Contracted to assist in company restructuring. Duties included operations management, sales and marketing, human resources and staff development.
City of Port Moody: Developed curriculum and delivered training in Lotus Notes and PC DOCs as well as delivered training in Microsoft Office applications.
Telus (BC TEL) Education: Over 5 year’s extensive contract work in developing corporate-wide training initiatives in desktop and internet applications.
