This document provides information about an industrial training project involving the control of a toy car via Bluetooth. It introduces Arthtech Automation, the company where training took place. Safety procedures are outlined. The project uses an Arduino Uno, Bluetooth module, motor drivers, and toy car. Commands are sent from an Android app via Bluetooth to control the car's movement. Diagrams and photos illustrate the circuitry and working model. The training helped develop professional skills around industrial problem solving.
3. ABSTRACT
• Industrial training is an important phase of a
student life. A well planned, properly executed
and evaluated industrial training helps a lot in
developing a professional attitude.
• It develops an awareness of industrial approach
to problem solving, based on a broad
understanding of process and mode of operation
of organization.
• During a period of four weeks training at
Arthtech Automation throughout this industrial
training, we have learnt how the various
equipment is manufactured such as circuit board,
panels and fencing.

8. ABOUT PROJECT
• For this project we will use a toy car.
• The car consists two motors on its rear
wheels, a front wheel drive vehicle will be
used to provide vehicle direction i.e. to
turn the vehicle towards left or right.
• The rear wheel drive vehicle will also be
used to drive the car forward and
backward.

10. ARDUINO UNO
• Arduino UNO is a low-cost, flexible, and
easy-to-use programmable open-source
microcontroller board that can be
integrated into a variety of electronic
projects.
• In this circuit we have used Arduino Uno
board to control the robot car.
• Bluetooth modules Rx pin is directly
connected to Tx pin to Arduino, and VCC
and Ground pin of Bluetooth module is
connected to +5 Volt and Arduino ground.

11. BLUETOOTH MODULE
(HC-05)
• The HC-05 is a commonly used Bluetooth
module that enables wireless
communication between devices. Its often
used in projects like Arduino-based
electronics, robotics, and other DIY
projects.
• In this project we use the Bluetooth
module is used to receive commands from
android phone to arduino uno to
controlling the whole system.

12. MOTOR DRIVERS
• Motor drivers are electronic devices used
to control and manage the operation of
motors.
• They act as an interface between the
microcontroller or the controlling unit and
the motor.
• The primary function of a motor driver is
to supply the necessary power and
current to the motor based on the control
signals received from the microcontroller.

14. FLOW OF CIRCUIT
• A Bluetooth module is used to receive
command from android phone and Arduino
UNO is used for controlling the whole
system.
• Bluetooth controlled car moves according
to button touched in the android Bluetooth
mobile app.
• We can use any Bluetooth app that
supporting or can send data.
• The android application controlled robot
communicates via Bluetooth to the
Bluetooth module present on the robot.

15. FLOW OF CIRCUIT
• While pressing each button on the
application, corresponding commands are
sent via Bluetooth to the robot.
• The Arduino on the robot then checks the
command received with its previously
defined commands and controls the DC
motors depending on the command
received to cause it to move forward,
backward ,left, right or to stop.
• Thus allowing us to create an android
controlled robot.
