This document proposes a chatbot for career guidance to help secondary school students and their parents make informed choices about career paths and higher education. The chatbot would act as a counselor, providing information about subject and career relationships, higher education institutions, entrance exams, and addressing any fears or questions from students and parents. It would allow students and parents to register and login to chat with the chatbot, which would respond based on their queries using a Python backend and Firebase database. The goal is to make career counseling accessible and help every child choose the right path for their future.

2. Idea / Approach details
Problem Background:
• Every child at secondary level (grades 9 to 12) needs to have access to the existing choices for
career to enable them to make study choices What subjects will lead to what career paths, what
are the Higher Educational Institutions for study for pursuing such studies, what are the entrance
exams required, how to access them etc. are important information for making such choices
Sometimes children like to chat about their fears regarding their choices. Parents may also have
several queries.
Solution:
• A chatbot where students or their parents can chat and discuss all these queries about students
career and get the proper guidance for choosing the right path. This chatbot will act as counsellor
and career guide for every child.
