• IntroductionPartnershipAddressWorking throughout Ireland
  • ProCoat Ireland was successfully trading in Ireland as a partnership until 2002 when due to the illness of one partner it ceased trading. It was relaunched in 2008 and we have recoated the entire ceiling area in The Baggage Hall & Arrivals Area at Dublin Airport We are very keen to create product awareness as our service is not generally known to be available. Facility Managers etc.
  • When replacing a ceiling it is necessary to have a number of contractors on site not only to remove and dump the ceiling but also to remove and refit light fittings, fire alarm equipment, cctv systems, intruder alarm equipment, paging system, sprinkler system etc.

  • Conventional SolutionsThe use of general decorating practises, i.e. standard paints, will not restore the appearance of the ceiling. The physical properties of the ceiling tiles will be irreparably changed, bridging will occur sticking the tiles to the gridwork, blocking perforations and fissures, warping tiles, this also may affect the fire rating of the ceiling.Cleaning will rarely provide an acceptable consistent finish.Replacement is expensive and if only partial this creates an unsightly contrast between old and new tiles. When replacing a ceiling it is necessary to have a number of contractors on site not only to remove and dump the ceiling but also to remove and refit light fittings, fire alarm equipment, cctv systems, intruder alarm equipment, paging system, sprinkler system etc.

    3. 3. The Benefits
www.procoat.ie

The ProCoat process recreates the original brilliant white tile surface without effecting either the fire rating or the acoustic value of the tile.
    4. 4. The ProCoat process does not cause tiles to stick to the gridwork, as with painting, thereby allowing full access to the area above the ceiling for maintenance purposes.
    5. 5. Ceilings within buildings are virtual breeding grounds for bacteria and mould which together with dust, dirt, grease, and pollen may cause indoor air pollution. The ProCoat process combats this by removing the pollutants and then recoating the ceiling tiles and gridwork
    6. 6. With the ProCoat process there is no output to landfill thereby reducing the clients carbon footprint.
    7. 7. The process completely does away with the substantial cost of having the ceiling removed, loaded into skips and taken away and dumped!

The Process
www.procoat.ie
The process is carried out during the clients shut down times with no disruption to their business.
We recondition ceilings for up to 80% less than the cost of replacement, in a fraction of the time it would take to carry out that replacement.
When replacing a ceiling it is necessary to have a number of contractors on site not only to remove and dump the ceiling but also to remove and refit the light fittings, fire alarm equipment, intruder alarm equipment, paging system, sprinkler system etc.
With the ProCoat process there is no need to remove anything as all work is carried out with the ceiling, furniture, fixtures and fittings in place.
8. 8. The Process..
www.procoat.ie

Convenient sections of the work area are curtained off to enable them to be completed during each shift.
    9. 9. The work area is completely protected with special clear polythene sheeting hung from double sided tape applied to the perimeter walls.
    10. 10. All fittings & fixtures such as lights, smoke detectors, speakers and sprinkler heads are masked to prevent over-spray, polythene sheeting is also used to cover the floor area and all furniture, etc. within.
    11. 11. The entire ceiling is swept using soft sweep anti static brushes removing any loose dust etc. Further cleaning as required.
    12. 12. Any broken or damaged tiles are replaced before the entire ceiling is sprayed.
    13. 13.
