Tata bahasa dan tone of voice harus jelas dan tidak memakai istilah-istilah yang asing bagi
spesifik user/market.
Usefulness
Kualitas dan kepraktisan sebuah produk dalam kegunaannya bagi user/market tertentu.

konten, dan gaya bahasa yang hanya pantas bagi user/market spesifik.

Introduction to Product Design
Designer sekarang ini harus memastikan bahwa tujuan mereka adalah mencapai hasil
“Emotional Design” bagi user mereka.
Selain memenuhi kebutuhan sosial daripada user dengan gaya dan estetika, sebuah produk
harus memiliki keterikatan emosi.

Design harus membantu user mencapai keinginan/tujuannya secara efektif dan se-efisien
mungkin.
Namun juga harus memperhatikan respon mereka yang selalu spontan dan natural. Dengan
memperhatikan hal tersebut, maka dengan melalui product design kita dapat berempati dan
mampu melihat kedepan apa yang menjadi masalah dan kebutuhan user nantinya.
