The report summarizes complaints about poor service and food quality at the staff canteen. An interview was conducted with the caterer and a survey of 250 staff members was done from July 16-31. Key findings include insufficient staffing and equipment to handle volumes, and limited variety and space causing long queues. Recommendations are to hire an additional assistant, expand the menu, purchase new equipment, and allocate lunch hours by floor to improve conditions.
