Letter of Recommendation for Rick Maxwell
To whom it may concern:
I have had the pleasure of working with Rick Maxwell over the past five years while Gasco
Energy was developing our deep Uintah Basin gas reserves. Rick initially started out flow testing
our high pressure flowbacks after fracing gas wells from 12,000’-15,000 of depth. He always
ran a safe and professional operation.
It quickly became obvious that Rick has extensive workover rig, downhole tool, and completion
experience. We promoted him to be our consulting completion rig supervisor. He has supervised
over 100 jobs for Gasco, including: drilling out frac plugs after multistage frac jobs with a
conventional service rig, drilling out frac plugs with coiled tubing rigs, running CVR
installations, running capillary string installations, fishing jobs, scale drill-outs, and rod jobs.
Rick has always been very dependable, honest with reports, and very professional while carrying
out his duties.
I would not hesitate to recommend Rick Maxwell as a completion/workover supervisor for any
of the above listed jobs. He has been a pleasure to work with, and I only wish that our activity
level was such that we could continue utilizing his skills.
