2. What is Strategic Relations?
Strategic Relations is a coined term we came up with here at Richter to explain
what we do. There’s no other term for it and we don’t feel we fall into the category
of PR, Marketing or Advertising. Strategic Relations is the business of identifying the
exact target public for our client, crafting communication that will communicate to
that target public and get their attention and interest and then turning that attention
and interest into a reach,which is another coined term to mean, an ideal relationship
for our client which they are most likely to sell and convert to a client relationship
that helps fuel their revenue and growth.
We make these strategic relations through many different methods online to find,
network and communicate with the exact target public. The internet continues to
evolve and platforms continue to be created that allow us to communicate with any
given audience. We use tools like social media sites, email, chat tools etc to get our
communication on behalf of our client through to an exact target public to begin the
dialogue and work the dialogue into genuine interest and “reach.”

3. Strategic Relations
Our strategy is not about volume. We know our clients are not looking for anyone and everyone but rather have very
specific relationships they are trying to make and need to make that will help drive their sales and revenue strategically.
That’s where we fit in. We work with our clients to define the exact target public, not the broad demographics, but rather
a very specific audience that we can drill down to the name of the person we need to approach. We then do the work to
make the introduction, develop the interest and cultivate a reach which is a relationship we can turn over to our client so
they can work to conclude that relationship toward a profitable outcome. Everything about our strategy evolves from and
aligns with the target public for our clients which we work to establish and turn over the right relationships to our client.
That’s what they need after all.
We’ve found that by using this approach, the likelihood of closing an ideal relationship built around the target public that
is already proven to be successful for our client is dramatically higher than more traditional, broad stroke methods. We’ve
found that the right target public is already inclined to do business with our client but up to that point they have not
found a way to penetrate that company and person to establish the dialogue and create strong interest resulting in a
reach. So a majority of the importance revolves around identifying the exact target public, crafting communication to that
exact target public that will impinge and be customized to them and then proactively reaching out to initiate the interest
and develop the reach from that exact target public using our focused approach which results in profitable and
meaningful relationships for our clients.
Our focus is to be mission critical to our clients and we attain that goal by bringing relationships to the table that
measurably impact their growth because they lack the time, know-how and resources to do the work necessary to make
those relationships happen. We believe our clients should spend time doing what they do best to focus on selling,
closing and then catering to ideal relationships that align with their company and are most beneficial for their long term
growth. Strategic Relations is not a marketing strategy, it’s not a PR strategy and it’s certainly not an advertising strategy
- it’s a method of making relationships that align with our clients company based on their current profile of successful
clients which strategically drives sales. It’s our business to bring the right kind of relationships to our clients taking a
surgical approach to make that happen in the most focused, efficient and strategic way possible.

4. What is the Prime Strategy?
It’s a comprehensive program made up of all of the successful methods for developing new business
relationships that are tried and tested to result in the most zeroed in, focused approach and efficient
method of cultivating exact relationships for any company that will help create growth and expansion of the
right caliber clients that align with the company. It includes a sequence of products, services and actions
that all align with one another to create the end result of a “reach”. We take a “what works” approach to
define the exact target public for our client, craft copy to communicate effectively to that target public, find
the target public and all their contact points online and build a targeted database which we then reach out
to that target public to make introductions, engage in dialogue and attract interest to entice that target
public with artful copy, well crafted videos, punchy elevator pitch PDFs, Introduction Pages among other
relevant tools that will help spark interest and ultimately cause the target public to “reach” for our clients
products or services.
Why would they reach? Because when you identify the exact audience based on common denominators
that are most likely to buy from you based on current clients that buy from you now and then you seek out
to engage that exact target public audience, it just so happens that they are already predisposed to buy
from you but up to that point, they simply didn’t know about you. We change that. We not only ensure they
know about you, we make sure we communicate to them in such a way that it makes your company, your
products or your services irresistible so they reach and convert into an ideal sales candidate which your
team can then focus on making a client.

5. Target Public
While a lot of companies talk about their demographic or they
may have a broad idea of who they sell to, the research and
identification of the exact target public has not been done.
Why? Because they’re busy and distracted and don’t have the
know-how for how to define the exact target public - we do.
Consider the target public the foundation for success as it
relates to new relationships and sales. It’s rather hard to drive
sales if you don’t know who you’re selling. Of course, if you
like spending hoards of money on wasteful efforts and on
trying to capture your exact target public using a massive
blanket approach, by all means do so. We’re willing to bet
you’d rather not.

6. Copywriting and Messaging
Now that the target public is defined, we get into copywriting
and the message because at the end of the day,
communication is everything. Of course, it’s pointless unless
you know the target public and what to say to them that will
impinge and penetrate.
There’s also an effective way to write which is most effective.
We take pride in the fact that we know which way that is. It’s
not about what you want to communicate or what you think is
important to say but about what your target public needs to
hear. The viewpoint must be that of the target public. What’s
their need? What are their pain points?

7. An Analogy
Our Strategic Relations services would be like going to a black tie business event
where we have clearly identified the exact person you want to meet that night to
discuss a very specific business proposition. We know the key people will be there.
We’ve done our homework. We would then find the right person in the room that
we’re trying to establish the relationship with and we would walk across the room to
make the introduction with that person, not a solicitation but rather an introduction.
We would know what to say to entice their interest and we would work the
conversation up to the point of strong interest so the person (the clients target
public) is now reaching for more and ready to walk across the room to establish the
dialogue with our client at which point our client can work the relationship into a
closed deal. That’s what we do. We’re strategic relationship makers for our clients
with the exact Target Public that aligns with their company and that is most desired
and profitable for them.
This is the essence of the Prime Strategy. We make ideal relationships happen for
our clients that are aligned with their company and that are most likely to become
clients of theirs.

8. A Comprehensive Approach
If you envision the ideal scene for your business development

handle anything, people to create a video that communicates
your exact value proposition, people to help develop and chalk
up new relationships, people to write effective copy to say the
right things, people to create material and PDFs that your
